Arcadia Municipal Golf Course

booked on golfnow in the morning. tee time 12.36. could only play the back nine. was not mentioned on golfnow. start on tee 10 again. two fligts before us. very slow. stopped playing and went home.

Grees in very bad shape. Greenkeeper moved the red tee approx. 50 yard forward. no information.

will never play there anymore. will contact golfnow to get the fee back

The course has a nice layout even though some holes should be shorter for Seniors, but the greens at still terrible. The front nine was close due to reseeding so played the back nine twice. The greens are so slow and bumpy that they are impossible to putt. Hopefully after reseeding is complete and a couple of weeks pass the greens witl be puttable. This course could be really a nice course to play if they conditions would improve. There are deals but the normal price of 25. is totally out of line with the course conditions. Its really convenient for people who live in Arcadia.

This is a typical municipal golf course and odds are quite high that we'll never the US Open being played here. However, its a good course for the average hacker like myself and the $10 Tue fee for golfing and a cart makes it a great deal. The golf carts go faster than most than I've been on so it makes the game go even quicker. Ann in the Pro Shop is very friendly and the greens keepers out on the course would wave and make sure they were not in my way. The city of Arcadia has a great team at this course.

Nice course to play at a reasonable rate. Good pace of play, friendly staff, nice greens, fun course to play.

Greens are in best shape in years. Fairway grass very short, could be due to lack of rain. Overall course has been improving last couple of years. Very friendly staff.

Great course to use all your clubs in your bag.

For the amount of play this course gets, it's in great shape for the money. Great buy.

For my first time playing this Muni, I was very impressed with the greens. Putts stayed true to my read...as long as I made the correct one. Typical layout, hardly any Hills small bunkers, but a pleasure to play. Not the best of courses, but much better than some others I've played. All things considered, I will DEFINITELY be playing here, again.

This is a municipal course and not a country club! Enjoyed round with good pace of play. For the cost the conditions were more than adequate. Got a Golf Now Hot Deal so our value was great. Went to course not expecting much but ended up being surprisingly pleased.

Pace of play was awful ,,they always book to many people (greed !) Always to many foursomes in front of you ,,,wait to tee off as long as 15 minutes a hole. They put to many people on the course ! They just care about profits.

Course in the best shape ever.

They can't seem to grow grass. Not sure why but I have played here 4 times and all 4 times it resembled a cow pasture more than a golf course.

Poor greens, Poor fairways, poor tee boxes

Started a little early than tee time, didn't make any difference, pace of play was really slow. Conditions all right, greens slow but true.

Greenskeeper improvements are bringing the overall course conditions around nicely.

The course fairways were very good but the greens were spotty in places. Some rough grassy patches when we travelled from hole to hole. The staff is excellent: friendly, helpful and cooperative - they even recommended an excellent place for dinner. We ate at Café Italiano in historic Arcadia at the end of our round and all of us had terrific meals. The owner is from Italy so his sauce and ingredients are fresh.

A very nice course for a practice round. The course was very flat and the greens were wooly. The staff were very friendly. The price was right. Will go back!

If you thought a municipal course is piece of cake then you are wrong this time, there is a 214 yrs par 3 and, you can play into the wind !

I didn't play the course. I called them because i heard all 18 wasnt open. I was told all 18 holes was open. I book with golfnow because their rates was $33 which is too high for that course. Went there and paid. Loaded my cart and went to hole one where i read a sign that said front closed.
