Fixer Upper
Super nice landscape in a really good spot. Subtle yet in the middle of a busy location. This course has so much potential! With the retirement village and new estates popping up left and right, a good ground keeping rework from redoing paths/tee boxes to attention to greens and fareways. With it being the only real golf course in the area and a good course layout, the links really has a chance to be a popular spot, it just needs a bit more love.
