Most Enjoyable
Staff were some of the friendliest pro shop staff I've encountered, they want to help and all ground staff gave simple hellos and you are made to feel most welcome. We played after rain and besides the unavoidable casual water, the course is in top condition. It's a tight course where accuracy is the key moreso than length hitting. A few water carries so higher handicaps like myself have to have a few spare balls in the bag. We play a variety of courses and this is now going to be one of our regulars, well worth a visit if you are considering it.
Last played course 10 years ago. Long front 9 technical back 9.
Great course
Nice technical greens which are in great condition
Nice course
The course was in very good condition given the recent cyclone impact. Greens were near perfect. A very enjoyable round.
great day out
Havent played Winderoo before but we had a great day out working our way around the course .A very good test of golf it long par 5s water, lots of trees to navigate tight par 4s and challenging par 3s made tougher with the wind .All greens in top condition as fairways . All the staff very friendly and the beer was cold when we were done .All in all get yourself down ther it wont disappint
Great value for money course
Pace of play was a little slow. Course was way better than I expected it to be. I was really impressed, will definitely be back.
Great course
Great course but felt like it was over booked. Really slow pace.
Great value
I was surprised how good this course is.
Pace of play was slow due to the group of 4 in front thought they were on the pga tour.
This was my second time on this course.
Was a good day for golf except that I got held up by a group of 4 young golfers who did not care about those behind them. I was not the only one unfortunately. We were 3 groups waiting for them to increase their pace of play. What happened to the Marshall's on that day.

Ross Watson classic
Great fun course to play ross watson mixes up the holes adds plenty of challenge style and shape,
The course is maintained in excellent, plenty of competition days to play in and a great clubhouse for a beer and feed after your game. Completed with a great bunch of friendly staff.
Great course
Value for money, great course with good drainage. It's been a really wet week with some courses closed yet it the Windaroo irrigation works great! Tough greens and a real challenge on some par 4's. Long par 5's that you need to drive 300m to reach in two shots...not me! Will be back!!!
Great day on the golf course
Day was perfect for golf with no wind and the sun was out for an afternoon session. The course layout was a bit odd as I had to start from hole number 10. Some of the tees are quite close to nearby properties which add to the complexity of the course but overall I enjoyed my day at Windaroo and will probably come back to improve my game.
