Course was in fantastic condition
Really enjoyed the round on Sunday, course, greens are in immaculate condition. Greens were extremely quick but overall great round. Pace of play was good.
Wet and muddy in places as expected with current weather. Interesting course with great par 3s. Greens and fairways in very good condition. Weekday afternoons usually very quick play if you tee off by about 1:30pm. Our game with 3 players took 3hrs 20 minutes.
This is really a beautiful course from a nature perspective. The position of the golf course is amazing with great views on some of the holes. We had unfortunately just come out of the intense flooding in Sydney, so the course was very wet and slippery. But if the course is dry, it will be amazing. It is a short course. Will definitely play there again
Great course, great location
Must play when in Sydney, course is on a wonderful location and great price for 18holes. A real gem
In good condition
Play it for the first time in more than 10 years. Pleasantly surprised by the course condition. Both fairways and tee boxes were very well maintained. It’s still a short course. But the layout kept us interested. Will be back.
First time but slowest round ever
First time playing Northbridge. Probably the hilliest course I have played, lot of par threes but fun to play. But it was the slowest round I think i have ever played (given such a short course)and in over three hours, had to stop after 13 holes. Often four groups on one hole. I would play again if very early tee time and without the wife.
Sadly, my online 7:28am booking for 2 players, did come through the main booking sheet. So had to squeeze onto No.10 hole. Which worked out ok. Got in 16 holes, so a good outcome.
4 3/4 hours to play a par 64 is evidence of tee times far too close together. We waited on every tee and had 5 groups on the 18th!
Staff were great , playing pace was slow understandable due COVID restrictions.
Numerous upgrades to the paths and gardens which will great once finished.
Northbridge is a smallish, scenic course. Challenges come from many narrow, sloping fairways laid out on the side of a hill overlooking the water. Lots of shade means conditions underfoot can be patchy.
At a time when everyone is off work and recreation is allowed, I shouldn't have played golf - due to crowding I was able to play 10 hole in the time I would normally play 18
