Great course, terrible pace of play...
Expect a 3 hr round of 9 hole!
Amazing greens
Course is in excellent condition. The greens are world class firm, fast and rolling super nice.
Play early and pace of play is good much slower after 8am.
Pick up the pace
Course was nice but it shouldn’t take 3 hours to play 9 holes. Had 2 pairs playing separately when they could have played together. Waited at least 5+ minutes to tee off on the last 5 holes. Course needs to better control pace of play.
Great course
It was great! Friendly staff and players. Despite a ton of rain the course was in tip top shape. Will be going back soon.

Oblivious to pace of play
I played two rounds on a Sunday. My 2:45 round ended (because I rushed) at 5:40. Then, my 5:40 ended at 8:25. There was no starter and no ranger helping speed people up (or encourage them not to dilly-dally). Really disappointing they didn't do a better job moving things along. Bottom line, plan for a 3-hour round.
Midsummer Days Dream
Terrific course. Beautiful location. Should have taken a fishing rod. Nice tight supple fairways and somewhat schizophrenic greens.
The Glaring Issue we had is that it just shouldn't take three hours to play 9 holes. Not to mention the amazing disrespect some golfers seem to have shown the course. It doesn't take that long to replace your divots and not doing so says a whole lot about the clientele one might encounter there.
Those shortcomings will in no way effect our returning there. If you haven't played here...you should.
Very good conditions and fair layout. Pace of play was abysmall
Booked an 11:45 slot on a Wednesday and I was expecting a nice, quick 9 hole experience. 2 hours later and still on the 6th hole, I called it quits and just walked back ot the clubhouse. Given this is a short course, fairly easy setup with barely any hazards, you'd think this round would have gone much faster but on some holes there were THREE flights waiting on the tee mound. Crazy stuff. No rangers in sight the entire time.
On the upside, the staff and amenities were very nice. The course itself is in great condition although the greens were a bit too quick. It's a cute layout -- pretty easy and short even from the blue tees.
I'll need to try and return to experience it again but Im definitely going to try and book a first flight out in the early morning.
