Very well designed and maintained course. All staffs were extremely kind!

Conditioning could be better. Fairways a bit fuzzy with outcroppings of weeds. Greens were good. Carts are old.

Overall a good experience despite the lack of a ranger to keep the pace of the game going.

I love this course. It is one of the better in the area. We moved very quickly especially for a holiday. Staff was great, fairways and greens were in great shape. Only issue was the bunkers which were loaded with rocks and pebbles. Also, not many rakes. They need work..

Blind tee shots make it tough to find a ball a few yds off the fairway. Couple small tweeks this course could be really good

Good overall shape, undulating course layout, and good variety of holes.

I look forward to playing High Bridge Hills every year. You can hardly call it a muni in that it is usually maintained way above average. The Front 9 played well and my foursome commented on how well the greens were rolling. The back 9 showed very differently. We were all struck by how poorly the fairways were being kept. Lots of crabgrass and weeds throughout. One of my playing companions quipped that HBH must've run out of money. The saving grace was that the greens were still being looked after. A bit disappointing but it really didn't affect our play....mostly aesthetics.

It hadn’t rained in almost two months when I played and the course was actually in decent form, I was impressed.

This place used to be one of my favorites. The layout is great. Clubhouse is a trailer that has a bar and basic food(I rarely use clubhouse so no issue for me.) The two main issues I have is conditions and starter. Starter is very pushy and wound too tight. Tried to push us out early. Was very pushy about it. We were warming up on the range and declined. As far as course conditions this place has gone the way of being cheap IMO. Weeds in the first cut, chunks of grass and weeds in quite of few of the fairways. They used to have gps carts a few years ago. No more. Greens were slow. It’s a shame what they are doing to this place. Place is still busy so I guess that’s all they care about. I’ll stick with playing with other courses in the area and play here when I can’t get a tee time somewhere else.

I have played this course at least 5 times a year for at least 15 years. The last two years conditions have gone down a lot. Starter was very aggressive and tried to push us out early and team my friend and I with an earlier twosome while we were on the practice range. Greens were slow and looked like they haven’t been rolled in awhile. A lot of the holes have random patches of weeds and grass sprouts. Carts used to have GPS on them but no more. Tee boxes are chewed up. I’m not sure if they have new owners now but I used to look forward to playing here and used to drive an hour to come here. Now I live in hunterdon county and only play here when I can’t get on heron Glen or neshanic. One positive was we played early and played a 3.5 hour round.
