Todd Creek Golf Club
About
Arthur Hills designed the 18-hole golf course at the semi-private Todd Creek Golf Club (previously known as Heritage Todd Creek Golf Club). Opened in 2007, the golf course is 7,435 yards from its championship tees. Nestled near the Rocky Mountains, Hills used the natural landscape to create an exceptional course. Native grasses and wetlands make up the course's rolling terrain, which undergoes several changes in elevation. A creek also creates water hazards on the course while adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Undulating fairways and strategically placed bunkers also add interest to Todd Creek Golf Club. Golfers can enjoy spectacular views of the Rockies while playing this challenging, but fun course.

Pin flags are wind socks.... blowin' in the wind. Photo submitted by Sam Sherstad on 07/24/2013
Stay hydrated
Course is challenging most greens are forced carries with sand protecting the fronts. Pin placements were rarely on level ground. Fairways are mostly wide, the rough is deep and thick from recent rains no doubt. The cart I had the GPS did not work at all. No water on back nine in 90 degree weather. One of the players in the foursome called the clubhouse and they sent water in cups with ice out and met us on the 16th tee. Great practice facilities.
course is in good shape and played long
the course was in very nice conditions. the challenge of the course can vary if you move back on the tee box. Played with my son who is barely starting to golf and he played from the whites which made it fair as i played from the blacks instead of my normal blue boxes.
Fun And Challenging
It was a great day at Todd Creek we always havw a good time when we play there, it's a nice course.
Bad Experience
Completely overbooked and not adequately staffed. Terrible experience, will never pay to play here again.
Todd creek
Was not a good experience. Pace of play was poor, at one point we were 3rd in line to tee off on a par 4... Ended up skipping the back 9 and played the front 9 again. Drink cart stopped running at 4:30. Would not recommend. Play Colorado National instead.
Todd Creek first timer
Course was in good shape and staff was professional and courteous.
The course is fairly wide open but challenging nonetheless. Hitting the fairways is a must. If you miss, the rough, including the first cut is very thick and sticky. Easy to get stuck in a nestled lie or slide under the ball if it's sitting up.
On the other hand, the fairways are cut quite tightly, making it easy to bounce the club into the ball with a resulting mishit.
And the greens, subtle, tricky breaks with lots of saddles (breaking both ways) and fallaways on the edges. The day I played was in the high 80s. The greens were rolling true but not holding approach shots at all.
Great value for the money. It would certainly make sense to play this course several times to get to know the lay of the land. I would not enjoy playing this treeless course in the wind!
Too bad about the bunkers
Nice course, challenging from the tips but one big problem that has persisted, no sand in the bunkers, any of the bunkers.
Challenging
Great course. Really make you place your tee shots accurately. Greens and pin placements were very challenging. Very fun course!
Work in progress.
Lots of housing construction on the back nine. Not the most scenic until that works done. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere. Love the complimentary range balls and carts with GPS. For the cost of golf these days all carts should have GPS. We played from the whites and it was moderately difficult. Would be much tougher from the back tees. Sand traps are inconsistent, some just right and some with minimal sand and hard pack under. Some long distances from one green to the next tee box would make it a long course to walk.
Great course/Challenging
I shot 3 strokes under the slope off of the white tees. I'm not very good (20+ hcp), but this course plays long. Especially off the longer tees.
Greens tough but in fair condition. Carts nice and great practice area.
Good Course
Have played the course before and like it very much but like all Courses they seem to be charging higher and higher to play them. Could use most staff as there was really no one on the Course to keep the play going but still played in just over 4 1/2 hours so it wasn't to bad. Which doesn't make since as I've asked if they needed Ranger/ Marshalls and they always so no.
Love this place
I choose Todd Creek when I have time and limited budget for a round. Outstanding value, course is already in great shape!
In good condition and very reasonably priced
Very good value on golfnow. Practice area is excellent and the price included range balls and tees. Greens needed some work but it was early in the season. A starter and ranger could have helped speed up play.
nice course
They have a top notch practice facility. on the day we played the wind was blowing about 25 mph constant so made it interesting from the tips
Great value thanks to Golfnow
Course was in fairly good shape for some early season golf. Great staff coupled with very nice facilities. The track itself is fun to play with bunkers placed precisely where us golfers mishit shots. The only complaint would be the type of greens they have there. The always seem to be riddled with ball marks. I know that is mostly due to classless golfers, but it is also caused by the type of greens they have. With that being said, I will still play Todd Creek many more times this year thanks to Golfnow.
Now water
That had no water on the course and no beverage cart the greens were not well maintained
Course layout with green complexity makes for a challenging round
Overall course layout with bunkering in play throughout the course and green complexity makes for a challenging round for the low , mid , and high handycapers. The practice facilities are the best in the north metro area providing a good range and a large putting green and a large short game green with bunkers. With unlimited range balls, GPS cart included in the green fee you can't beet the deal or course . I would recommend playing the course to anyone.
Great value, challenging long course.
We played the tips in gale force winds. Some par 4's were unreachable. The course was great considering the snow and weather we just had. It's a good layout and a real challenge for the low handicapper from the tips. For $23 for 18 with a cart and free range balls it's a great deal.
