Fun course to play but didn’t let us know until we were about to tee off on hole number one that the back nine would be closed and we would have to go play the front nine twice. Didn’t let us know when we booked it and then just let us know when we signed in an hour before. In my opinion that’s pretty bad way to do business
Fun to play
I’ve been playing this course for years. One of my favorites. Love the layout with some links style holes and some parkland type holes. I will say the greens played much faster this time then I can ever remember. I’m not a fan of quick greens and my game showed it but can’t blame that all on the greens since I wasn’t hitting them well this time. A few years back I shot an 81 here which to date is my low score. I was nowhere near that this time but I enjoy the course. If you avoid the sand and water you can score well.
Fun course
Played in perfect Fall weather and course is in great shape. Love that the greens are running faster than they have in the past. Small annoyance can’t bring cart over to driving range.
Beautiful condition Fair Test
4:15 pace. A little slow due to players in ability to play faster. Loved the condition. Had not played at least 9 years ago so it was like playing for the first time. Each hole was different challenging and fair. Greens were fast and true.
The course was beautiful but the greens were the slowest that I have ever played due to being soaked. I never putted so hard…ever.
Killer Frscue Grass
Better hit em straight. Tall frscue will rat up your ball if you go off line. Beautiful layout. Just hit em straight and you’ll enjoy the round.
Course Layout
Mill Pond has a great challenge to most every hole.
Tee boxes are not right next to the previous green, which is nice for safety. Carts are in good looking and running condition. Pro shop is well stocked with the latest equipment.
