Great course, it’s just overbooked. Money isn’t everything

Teed off 20min late. Pace is slow. Afternoon round. Wait was 10min at every t box. Ended up doing 1-9 2x. Took 2.5hrs to do 7 holes. Did second 1-9 in 1.5hrs . Ranger needs to do his job. Guy in front of us was hitting 2 t shots on every hole.

Great round personally. Unfortunately they were not very diligent with their carts. Our cart died on 6 and got a replacement then that one died on 14. Really damaged the pace of our game.

I know a weekend afternoon is going to be slow but the day started late as the course had no carts causing us to go off late. The course layout leads to three group backups on a couple of holes. Greens are in very good shape but there are so many ball marks you can have one knock putts off line. Fairways have great coverage but are shaggy. Rocks in bunkers. Marshall was dismissive of our comment about slow play yet did nothing when groups in front of us split into two twosomes. We made the turn at 4:30 but the turn F&B was closed and the beverage cart person had gone home. Not sure why the 13th hole is always cart path only. At least the great weather helped make up for it.

Course was in very good condition. Putting greens were ideal. Links course fun to play!

Had a 2pm tee time and didn’t tee off until 2:20 In my opinion 8 minutes between tee times is too tight causing backups. Finished round at 7:15 . Round should take 4-4:15 during a weekday. Some golfer screamed at us near 2nd green that we were causing the backup. Not true. There was some long hitters in our group and had to wait for group in front of us to get out of range.

Course is in disrepair. Clearly they are cutting corners and it's not in the traps..they were a mess. Tee boxes and markers were pretty banged up. I like this course and for the money I guess I should just look past the just overall un kept appearance and move on.

First time playing @ Mill Pond. Vinny was great and we enjoyed our Round very much. Will visit again.

11 holes in 3 hrs. I walked off. 8min between tee times ruins this course. 2-3 groups playing on each hole, waiting for each to hit/move along.

I've played this course before and tried again yesterday. The tee times are booked too close together and you often have three groups on one hole and you're waiting on every shot. People are hitting into each other and it seems silly to press people together like that. Just spread the tee times out by another 5 minutes or so and the players won't have to wait and be frustrated. The round is close to $100 and the players shouldn't have to wait on every shot.

This is a great golf course but it can get very busy and backed up especially this time of year. We witnessed a lot of hacking. Course was in great shape all around and it’s a fair, yet challenging layout.
