No enforcement of pace of play
On very crowded afternoon around 1 pm, nearly all times booked , 2separate two somes were allowed to play separately instead of being paired up. All 4 sones behind were forced to wait on each hole. Explained to starter before first hole and warned that this will slow down pace of play he declined to do anything
Otherwise conditions very good and fun time playing albeit in over 5 hours as opposed to 4.5 hours max. The course should enforce pace of play seriously

Great shape, nice diversity of holes. Pace was very good early on but waned on the back. Still played in four and a half hours.. Fun day!
Good pace for a Saturday
Pace was good for a Saturday afternoon. Course was in good condition. Some greens were a little marked up, but I blame that on fellow golfers who don't repair their ball marks. I do wish the drink cart continued to make rounds after 3:30 pm, when it is 90 degrees on sunny July day.
Nice Place
Nice Course. It’s in very good condition. Friendly Staff. Cart Lady came around often which is a plus.
Definitely a keeper
Haven’t played Mill Pond in a few years after a very slow weekend round but played a 10AM Saturday round 7/24 and was pleasantly surprised with the course condition and pace wasn’t too bad. We had a 4th join us and he was grinding. Nice guy though. Played from the blue tees and decided to go out for another 18 in the afternoon for replay rate of $20. Was playing well so figured why not. Previous reviews knocking the tee boxes are invalid as they were in great shape, as were the fairways and greens. Some unfixed ball marks - not many - but use your tool and you’re fine. Public course so it’s expected.
Slow pace of play and poor green conditions
Teed off at noon. Did not expect to have a fast round. Unfortunately my foursome was behind a terribly slow foursome. If it was not for this group we would have been done under 4 hours. My round took 4 hours and 45 mins. Which is still a fast round but. A ranger needs to be able see that this one group clearly was a issue. But the greens were riddled with ball marks that were not fixed. Especially 13 and 15
