Course was in the best shape I’ve seen it. The only downside, the tee-box’s were all chewed up.

Good course
Layout is good, Scottish style love it! Long and short holes, tight fairways, water, bunker, trees in 1-2 holes, thick roughs and fescue, great test overall.
The greens are too slow! It was 8-9, would be fantastic and more satisfying if speed up around 10-11. Most bunkers are lack of sand and too many small stones it most of them, appeared to be under managed. So course condition “3”.
The ranger was rushing us unnecessarily. Duh, when we teed off, the group in front of us was 1.5 holes away, then there was a 2-some behind us (4-some with 3 playing here the first time), so we let the 2-some pass but we didn’t hold up anyone after that as the group behind was a 5-some, our second group that day. The ranger appeared twice, the second time on a par 5 in front of me on the fairway when I was about to hit my second shot 200 yds over the water... was unnerving and I missed! That’s why the “2” on staff friendliness.

What a difference a week makes
Well I played there last Sunday and it frankly sucked , pace of play was horrible , staff was rushed and harried, it took 3:20 mins for 8 holes.
I played today and staff was very friendly, tee time were well spaced out , course was excellent, played 18 holes in 3.5 hours . It was an excellent day of golf!!!

Gorgeous!
Phenomenal course, challenging yet not grueling. Friendly staff, pristine conditions, lovely views. Just the right amount of challenge to the greens, not too easy yet certainly not overwhelming. Will recommend to all of my golfing friends and will absolutely return again. A real gem, check this one out! Well worth the drive (no pun intended)

Good Course
Enjoyed the round. Good layout. The greens were in good shape. Bunkers had small rocks and not all were groomed well. Had workers grooming a sand trap (reachable from the tee) while we teed off. A little unsettling..

Pace of play was horrible , starter was intent in trying to catch up and sent 4 groups in less than 20 mins
There were two groups ahead of us that were at least 2 holes behind , ranger sat in the shade and did nothing even after being told how slow they were . God why do horrible players play from the tips and can’t hit a straight ball . That is bad enough when the ranger sits there and let’s then get away with it . After 8 holes I told ranger this was BS and left which was $80 for 8 horrible holes will not play there again

With an uncharacteristically full day, we work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and allow our guest the chance to complete their rounds. The worst golf experience ever
90drgrres and they wouldn’t let us bring waters on the course
Pace of play was Beyond slow The group behind us was hitting up on us. The group in front of us were peeing on the trees. Completely disgusting experience. Players we’re ride and crude. I’d never go back

We are working to develop the best way to provide our guest with refreshments. We do allow outside drinks. We do not allow outside alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own bottled water, Gatorade, or another refreshment as long as it is alcohol-free. In regards to pace of play we aim to make sure it is consistent throughout the day. The distances marked in the driving range is very accurate. And they allow you to chip around the practice green. And the condition of the practice is the same condition in every hole.

Mill pond
Mill pond is a Links course. Well maintained. Greens are pretty fast with a fair amount of slope. We got around pretty fast, but there were several outings earlier. Make sure to call ahead. There is room off the tees on most holes, but plenty of bunkers. Lake to shoot over on 1, which also guards green on 2.. Price is reasonable if you live in the right town, but a little steep if you don’t, so watch Golfnow for deals.
