Course was great - pace of play was better then expected in the weather - beverages were cold
I should have taken a cart - walking in 90 plus degrees and humidity is a challenge

Good place to play
The aptly named Woods at Cherry Creek was its usual nice day of golf. I do want to mention pace of play. The tee times are at ten minute intervals a normal wait on the first hole approach was ok but we hit the second tee and had a short wait. Same on the next few holes. The traffic jam broke up on holes 6-12 but again we hit a wall. Because of the layout of the course we saw that holes 15 through 18 tee were empty. There was a ranger who came out and asked us to play ready golf. He should have acted sooner as there was a group out in front who clearly were not on pace. This course should not take more than four hours to play. Especially with ten minutes between starts.

I would play this course again
Corse plays short but most holes have tight fairways so it's moderately difficult.
Greens are on the fast side.
Only knock I have is no Practice range. You have to drive accross the street to the other course (The Links) to use the range if needed.
Some dirt patches throughout course in the rough areas only.

The course was in great condition. A couple of the tee boxes were beat up a little which can be expected. Love playing this course.

Course in good shape and greens okay and traps need work. Course went down hill.

Awesome
My second time ever my son’s first time playing. We were slower then the pace but the other players and the staff were so nice, understanding and just awesome. I am definitely going back hopefully next time I can golf under a 100

Technical
Tight fairways lots of bunkers with guarded greens. You better think about your next shot.

Staff is awful
They let on a bunch of highschool kids who were flipping carts, being loud, ruining greens. There was very little adult monitoring of these punk kids. Such a shame. They wanted to fight us and police got involved. The started need to handle the golf course better

Improved conditions
The course has improved from last year. The fairways and tee boxes are better. The greens rolled well and not as many ball marks compared to last year.

Needs work
Pace was so slow but the rangers tried to help. Fairways too long but the greens in great shape. Who ever sets the tee boxes needs to be fired they don’t know how to align any and it’s common sense
