Above the Mendoza line on quality, but like everything else in this area a little overpriced. But, I guess that’s what the market will bear!

Pace a little slow but view on hole 12 made up for it (frat party house). Good variety of challenges on holes. Good value for the money.

Beautiful day and paired with 2 beautiful women. Pace a little slow but didn’t care. Nice frat party on back 9 on weekends. Nicer courses in the area but not for the price.

First time playing at San Carlos was good experience and will definitely play there again.

This is a great course overall. Best staff in the business. Always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The group I was paired up with were great too. While the course remains an excellent value throughout the year, $99 round while the greens were in such rough conditions seems high. Such is golf in SWFL this time of year!

The greens were in poor condition- don’t know if this is temporary as it looked like they had been treating them - the pace of play is not good and no evidence of Marshals attempting to speed things up But for 40 dollars maybe you shouldn’t expect too much

Disappointed in the condition of the greens. If they are in that condition during this time of the year lower greens fee would be more reasonable

The pace of play was just too slow and greens were patchy and uncut. Poor value for current rates.
