Eagle Ridge Golf Club

We liked very miche this golf but it was slow, we had to wait almost every hole. Maybe it is because of the season.

The staff were excellent but the starter had trouble because people showed up late. They tried too hard to get everyone off but it caused slowness and was pitch dark when finished? Our starting time was 1:37 and we didn’t tee off until 2:00h

Pace of play was extremely slow. We skipped three holes to finish in a reasonable time. Seven minutes tee times will definitely correlate to slow play. Four golfers, if one or two takes on average three minutes searching for a lost golf ball, that would indicate over five hours for a round.

Eagle Ridge has a welcome vibe about it with its friendly staff and old-fashioned clubhouse. The course itself winds relatively tightly through the community and is great value as a Hot Deal BUT…the oft-mentioned drainage issues are very real and impact play. For example, I had two drives from the tee box stick deep in muck in the middle of the fairway and not roll an inch.

Nice layout with lots of water and narrow fairways. Very scenic with nice landscaping and lots of wildlife including gators.

Greens were sandy and slow. Fairways were very wet. Had to clean ball after every shot even in the fairway. A challenging course but soggy fairways need attention.

Great golf course only problem water on all the holes

Greens were very consistent. Course wet in places pace of play great and would play again.
