Ridge/Trail at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club
About
There are 27 holes of championship golf available at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club. They are divided into three nines, naturally named Blue, Ridge and Trail, that are played in different 18-hole combinations. The holes have an advantageous setting amidst mountains and trees, offering both privacy and scenery. The setting is made even more peacefully secluded by the fact that there are no parallel fairways throughout the entire golf course. The holes were carefully carved from the forests and hillsides, providing each nine with a different character. With four water holes, the Ridge/Trail combination has the most water of any of the courses. There are also strategically placed bunkers throughout but the towering, mature trees present the most formidable challenges. The course starts off rather gently with the player-friendly Ridge, but becomes progressively more difficult on the back nine.

Great track to enjoy golf.
Blue/Ridge is my favorite 18 here. Course is in great shape at this time. Every time we are up in the area my husband always wants to play this course.
It has the quality of a Championship course similar to some of USGA venue I played before. A truly hidden gem.
It is challenging enough and you do get rewarded when you stick it. Do not come up short, those greenside bunkers are everywhere. No big deal, just take a full swing about 2 inches behind the ball and you will hit it close under that flag...
In the summer these greens, are pretty close to a true roll. I just love playing this course.
Thanks to all the people that maintain this course. Hope to play more this year...
At Last!
Who can complain about a 65 degree day in March in Pennsylvania ?
Had a great time The course was in very good shape for this time of year.
Playing a round 1st week of March a blessing, great course and challenge for my partner and I will be back
Can't beat it
Went here on their opening day because not many courses were open yet and I was itching to play. Great conditions for early March, would love to see it in its prime. Will definitely be back!
Great walk in the woods
Walked the blue course and had a wonderful time. Course was in great shape in the late fall and I loved the layout through the woods and up and down the mountain.
Great course
The course always is in good shape - Can't beat the price via Supreme Golf
Great track
Played here a couple of times in different seasons and I must say, the three (3) courses are maintained very well. My husband enjoyed these courses as well and was very pleased of the pace of play. Finished 18 holes in 3.5 hours.
Very nice layout and a nice course to play and enjoy golf as it should be. Sand bunkers are easy to get out of just a pleasant course to enjoy a round.
If you want a relaxing round, come play here. It is worth the trip.
Awesome golf course ! Has to be in the top 5 best courses to play in the north east PA. greens, fairways and tees are perfect.... Just a beautiful golf course
Thumbs up
Went here based on reviews of local public courses - in Hazleton from out of town and was looking to sneak in a quick 18.
Walked up without a tee time as a single at 8am and the crew got me right out. Played the blue and trail courses.
Everything is lined with trees- a lot of elevation changes, very fun course to play. The greens and tee boxes were in fantastic shape.
Really great value - I’ll definitely be back on future trips
Bring 4 Friends
Course in terrific shape. Only complaint is we were behind a fivesome starting at the turn, Management unconcerned. when reported to starter. Skipped the hole bypassing the group. Played 17 holes. They significantly slowed the round for players behind them. We finished at least two holes ahead of the problem. Imagine course will start to thin out but be forewarned. Or is that fivewarned?
Great course
Our first time playing Blue Ridge and we will definitely be back. Challenging course, but the GPS units in the cart were a great help, being able to touch a point and know how far to hit. We were a 3some, but got paired up with a 4th who had played there before which was also helpful. Very scenic and well kept.
