First time outing at Fairwinds..
Very straight course. Rough needed to be mowed on several holes. And very wet on others. Would recommend the course layout to be added to the scorecards. Clubhouse was closed after nine holes?! Was told we couldn’t take a cooler of bottled waters, although none was available on the course? I did it anyway....it was 95 degrees!

This is a well run golf course with a very nice lay out. The course is in very good condition overall. I would recommend it to anyone.

The only reason I did not give this course a 5 star rating is because of the drainage problems throughout the course. The fairways are in good condition as are the greens, and Tee boxes. The greens are reasonably fast, and for the most part run true.

Good value
Got a great value for a 9 am tee time 25$, but course conditions were somewhat sloppy due to the heavy rain. Lots of muddy spots and could only drive on cart path. Overall it was a great experience for such a reasonable value. Don't know if I'll make the drive again but was glad to check it out.

The course was extremely wet due large amounts of rain the day before, but there were plenty of dry spots to take drops if you hit it into any of the puddles. The greens were slower than normal and didn't put true
