Slow play on holes 10 & 11 because of ropes. Otherwise course was very busy, which tells you it is one people like to play.
Used Golf Now and saved 50% the standard rate. Course is in great shape. Hole #1 green has some issues with mold, etc.
Management needs to rethink taking ropes down on holes #10 and #11 as it appears to causing back up. Especially with #8 being downhill and most golfers nearly driving the green......only to see people waiting to make the turn.....Put the ropes "around" the water so golfers do not go near the water, and let carts on the #10 & #11 fairways. Take a survey of those who have played, as this golfer is reporting, and you will find the same comment repeated..
Trip to the Links
I enjoyed the course, it is picture esk and laid out well. In time and money with some tee treatments it could be very nice. I will play it again.

Sunday twosome didn't get paired
Course is short playing just above 6200 yards from the blues, but it has some challenging holes and elevation changes. It was nice to have a twosome on a Sunday and not get paired even though the course was really busy.
This course is fun to play
The course is a links style course. Well maintained. A lot of ups and downs but flat lies. Greens are excellent and fast. Very friendly staff.
Needs some work
The course was rather ragged in places. It was in much better shape last time I played, which was probably eight years ago. The weather may have played a factor, with all the recent rain. However, there are places in the rough near the greens that have no grass. Glengarry is a nice layout, but not worth what they charge if you don't use GolfNow. We paid $24 for 18 holes; which is about the maximum I would pay for the course.
very challenging course,very fast greens.
i loved the course.the only downside is we played behind a very slow foursome.i will definitely play there again.
Great course, very open!
The pace might be slow at times, but if you go with 3-4 people it wouldn't be bad. The course if very open, so for me I can't hit my drive that straight but I can crush it so it makes it a blast not having to worry about trees. The greens are usually tend towards being faster, but overall great course to go have fun. Then afterwards head over to Dino's for some great wings!
Hilly but not overly challenging
Was in good condition and the greens putted well despite a lot of play. It is relatively short and the pace was good even though we played on a Sunday. Good value on golfnow.
Nice course close to the city. Built inside a housing plan. Easy to follow even playing there for the first time.
Nice course close to the city. Built inside a housing plan. Easy to follow even playing there for the first time. The pro shop is quite well stocked with lots of clothing and clubs.
Great Course for the Price
Challenging course. Great conditions. Little bit of a drive from Pittsburgh.
Being a female, I like courses under 5000 yds.!
Glengarry is my favorite course. I always play well there. It is lady friendly and always well maintained. In fact got my first eagle there!!!! I'm so glad it is available to us on Golf Now!
This course great views
Challenging course thats well maintained rolling hills played after an outing so the greens weren't in the best shape.. overall a good course i will play again
everything was great! could not have done any better
Had a great day. The course was in great shape and the play moved along very well. Can not wait to go back.
Links golf
A nice change of pace playing a links type course, everything was well maintained.
Overall pretty good course
Staff was great, course looked good, and it also was a good value.
This is a fun course to play
I have always enjoyed Glenngary,I think it is a very nice course. It is challenging enough for a golfer of my statis. The greens and fariways are always in good condition. I enjoy sitting in the club house for a bite to eat and a cold one after a round of golf.
Liked the course a lot.
Played at noon on the Fourth of July. Was crowded. Besides the group in front of us (myself and partner) there were four of them playing slow and not hitting very far moved quickly. Finally they did let us pass after 12 hole. I will be going back to Glengarry very soon. Great Course difficult holes are 10 and 11 with water. My ball always finds water on both holes!
very nice scenic course.
Nice course, some holes have property owners next to them so out of bounds means no tracking your errant shots. Scenic views, nicely maintained, friendly staff but of course no on site rangers to keep play at a good pace.
putting was challenging
great value greens were challenging hard to get an accurate read. Will definitely play again.
Not for someone with difficulty "climbing" to some tee boxes and greens.
The course is quite "wide open" tee to green. Even the most errant tee shot will find it's way into the "not so deep rough". A lot of elevation changes throughout the course which makes choosing the right club off the tee or fairway a bit of a "guessing game". Overall, an enjoyable golfing experience for most golfers.
