Lower Huron Golf Course at Willow Metropark Golf Club

The course is in need of serious bunker work... most had no sand what so ever, others not raked in a long time. Played with 3 others who didn't know one another. Mgr approached us on the 1st tee saying we needed to ride together because he was going to run out of carts. We politely said no and were told that after 9 we would need to pair up. Needless to say when we finished there were 20 to 30 cards parked by the clubhouse.

Reasonable price and decent course. Greens are solid. Not my first choice but one I’m ok with when left with few options.

As a novice golfer trying to shoot in the 90s, this course offers enough challenge to have to be on target while also having some forgiveness to it. The mix of challenging holes on the front and back 9 makes it very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job keeping up the course even with all the wacky weather Michigan seems to experience.

Been stuck on hole 4 for 45 minutes. There were 4 groups waiting on this hole. Scheduled to many groups. I came to golf not sit around on a cart

This course is on my favorite list. It has doglegs, uphill shots, carry bunkers, trees and is challenging. The price in the afternoon is very good, even on the weekends. The 55 card gives every 6th round free, with some conditions. It's one of the best golf values in the metro Detroit area.

Second time we've played this course. Its well lad out. Not horribly long. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in good shape. Will be back
