About
Westchester Golf Course is known for its playability, which is further enhanced by five sets of tees that accommodate all skill levels. There are six lakes throughout the course and numerous waste areas filled with wildflowers and native grasses but sand is a more prominent element of the design. There are more than 75 bunkers treacherously lurking beside the greens and fairways. Golfers who manage to avoid the bunkers will find that a good score can definitely be attained thanks to generously sized fairways and only mild undulation in the greens. Although it is seemingly difficult, the layout is more approachable than it looks although it does require straight, accurate shots and a bit of strategy. In addition to the course, Westchester G.C. also offers an expansive practice range and putting green.

First time here
Really enjoyed the course. I’m impartial towards more rural courses and this one didn’t have too much civilization around it. Houses aren’t extremely close to the tee boxes.
Fun course/great staff
Staff goes out of the way to provide excellent service. About 30 min before our round it poured rain. We started cart path only and the apologetic staff promised that with no further rain that would change. Sure enough by the time we finished the 1st nine the marshal tracked us down to let us know conditions changed to "90 deg". Appreciated them going above and beyond.

Great Course
Love this course. Challenging. Great layout and conditions. We have the 8:20 tee time and the 8:26 tee time was 2 some so the starter had them go before our 4 some which made sense. They caught the 3 some in front of them and they let them play through. However our 4 some caught the 3 some after about 6 holes and they wouldn’t let us by. We waited on several tee boxes for several minutes and it caused the group behind us to catch us on a couple holes as well. The 3 some was playing 2 different tees which lead to the longer time for teeing off.
Does not disappoint
In great shape, pace was good, and really good value for the money. Really enjoyed playing it and looking forward to the next time.
Average
I play here once maybe twice a year when I cant get on anywhere else, course facility and layout are average. Many other courses offer better value for the money in the Columbus Metro area.
Great layout
Tough course with lots of hazard area, but holes are spread out which keeps pace of play fast.
