Nice course
Love the layout. Fairway are a little dry but that’s all over in the area. Pace was great!
Great course
Fun layout, great people. Been playing Meadow for several years and it never seems to disappoint. Conditions haven’t been the best as of late, but it’s always an enjoyable round and experience at meadow oaks
Love this course
Meadow oaks has always been a home course to me. They care for their employees as much as their daily golfers. As a family owned and operated course I have and will always support this course in the good and bad times. It’s been tough this time of year with the drought, it’s usually perfect greens.
Pretty rough shape
We played here many times last year and it was in excellent condition, so we decided to play it again this year but to our surprise it's not the same golf course, it's in pretty rough shape.. not sure what happened, the staff at the club house and restaurants where super nice and friendly..so was the starter. The guy out on the course putting down fertilizer was very very rude he literally spread the fertilizer over us and nearly run our golf balls over on the fairway.. he came like 2ft from us and the wind blew that s#*"t at us we have to get in the cart and get away for while to let the over spray pass ..
They're trying to bring it back but it's going to take a while.. it's in pretty bad shape..
They have let this course go!
The greens on the front line were horrible. The back nine was a little better. The fairways are all brown and burnt. Tee boxes are mostly dirt. The course used to be in much better shape. What a shame.!!!
Fun challenge
Enjoy playing this course. On the shorter yardage side yet challenging layout. Despite front 9 having fairway and green problems, back 9 is in good shape, I did shoot my best round on this course 76.
No putter needed!!
I haven’t played here in a couple months and the course was unrecognizable. The fairways were brown burnt and greens were horrible. On the greens there were different types of grass spots and bare spots. They were so bad I quit putting after the 7th hole. It’s a shame because the greens were the best part of the course.
Bad greens
This course has been better with or without a drought.
Something changed recently, not sure why.
Poor Condition and rude staff
Save your $$. Course is in very poor overall condition! Waot staff at the bar is very rude and this isnt the first time I have seen her be rude to somebody. Bottom line, dont go!!!
Horrible Shape
This course is in horrible condition. Fairway is basically the rough. Greens are so patchy. Tee boxes are below average. Price for this is brutal…
Rough Shape
Really went down hill....
Tees uneven and very lumpy, dirt ridden...
Fairways browned out and dry with dirty patches.
Greens were horrible, worst we have seen them in a very long time...multiple patches of different grasses on just about every green..not sure if its from not having much rain lately or what...
Hole 12 was once a pretty par 5, now the entire right side is being bulldozed for new houses..
We had a 12pm Saturday tee time and the pace was fine. Pro shop.lady is awesome and super friendly..
Priced right at 30$ for a noon tee time but conditions were very disappointing. Hopefully it will improve, we will try again in the summer..
Great course--Great Value
I was really impressed with this course. The course was in pretty good shape and I am looking forward to playing the course again in the future.
When checking in, I met Nate in the Pro Shop and he really provided some good information to me about the course. I was appreciative for his help!
I really liked how the course was set up. I felt it was a good mix of holes (Par 3's, Par 4's, and Par 5's). It was nice to get a score in the 70's rather than my normal 80's!
I believe the new Superintendent is doing a great job with the course--I wish he were still at Citrus National. The Citrus National owner (Scott) should have never let him leave Citrus National!!!
Great play to play!
The course needs a little work but it's just enough to challenge your skills.
Fun course
This was a fun course to play. Greens were a little rough and slow but otherwise a nice course to play
