Suprisingly better

The greens were much improved over the past year and had a little speed. However, the fairways and rough were "rough". This course drains very well so if planning to play in the wet Florida Summer, this is a good choice. Hopefully, the Spring rains will provide addition growth in the fairways for better lies.

Decent course, good value, poor pace of play

Tee'd off 20 minutes late due to having to wait for league to make the turn (apparently common on Tuesdays). It took 5 hours to play a par 70 course.

Slow play on Tuesdays

Had to wait 45 minutes for a power cart. League play overlapped with our tee-time, than a group of 4 foursomes. Ended up starting 1/2 hour late, and it took over 5 hours to complete what should be no longer than a 3 3/4 hour game. No marshalls to get the slow play moving! Tuesday is definitely not a good day to book at Meadow Oaks.

great value, OK layout

average golf course with great values available. greens were overseeded and a bit slow. the raised greens made them a bit harder to hold. No practice range, only nets and putting,chipping
