Decent fun challenging course love the layout. But the fairways have patches of weeds on every hole they are in need of better up keep. Greens are average. Pace of play about 3 1/2 hrs when we went. With all that said would play there again because the layout of holes and challenges make it worth it

Difficult course. the grass was patchy in almost every fairway and on many greens. Difficult course.

The course is layed out as a typical links course. It can be challenging, but over all pretty straight forward. The greens have improved quite a bit since first playing. They however can be quick!! They also tend to place holes in more difficult spots, such as at the top, side, or bottom of hillls This can make a birdie putt,turn into a bogey or double quick!! It does make it a challenge though. If it were too easy, we wouldn't play right!!
Overall a nice course, but could use some TLC done on some of the extras. Such as traps, cart paths, and etc. Just the details.

The golf course is good value for the money. The course is well maintained and under constant repair or upkeep.

This course has a great course layout. You need to have a full range of shot from draws to fades to wedges. Course has a lot of water hazerds and strategic bunkers. Pace of play was average about 31/2 hours. Very nice practice green, chipping area and driving range. I will play this course again. Very friendly staff. This was a very enjoyable golf day.

It was a special day for me. Traveled to Florida from Michigan. First round of golf for me since last Sept. Second hole at Placid Lakes in Lake Placid,FL I had a hole in one on a 130 yd. par three. Pretty exciting even though it was my 5th. Nice course. Very challenging.

this course played the same as I remember from other outings in the past. The largest complaint is the fact that better communications are needed between staff andthe tee tim web sight. The web sight fully needs to tell customers about additional fees above and beyond the posted fees. The $23.36fee quickly grows to $28.00 when paying at the pro shop. I payed the fee but wont do it again.

Played this course a number of times in the past few years and always enjoy it. The greens are extremely fast and if you get above the hole you're likely to 3 putt. Some very interesting holes and a very good finishing hole. The fairways have always needed attention so we always play winter rules and roll the ball. Nice restaurant for a sandwich & drink when you finish but unfortunately closed on Sunday's. I'll play again.

The course needs more than mowing. Tee boxes are fair as are greens. Fairways are dry and weeds throughout,majority of fairway shots are off of sand. For the price they charge you would think some will go back to keeping course up. One local said "They are going under quickly." Course looks good from afar but afar from good. The hour and half drive not worth it,save your money and go a couple miles north to more suitable courses(Golf Hammock/Sun N Lake).

Right off the bat my cart set the tone for a bad round. Gas cart. Every time I hopped in, all excited and wanting to move on, hit the gas and ... nothing. It would take like four seconds before it woke up and started to move. Pumping didn't help. Just intensified my emotions after a bad shot. There was too much hard pan in the fairways making it difficult to work my irons. Had to play winter rules. Great value on GolfNow, $19.99 for 18 w/cart. Nice layout. Saw some gators! Just make sure you grab a good cart!

fairways don't have a lot of grass, but enjoyed the course

Course was in good shape, fairways were decent, tee boxes were average. The greens rolled true , very fast ,and they were in great shape. The course has a lot of water and more that average bunkers. I will play here many more times this winter.

Tees and green exception good some fairways need weeding but most are good love the challenge with the water and dog legs

Beautiful layout. Fast and rolling greens. Staff and restaurant personal were great and so was the food.

Great round of golf on a somewhat difficult yet challenging course. It was very busy and slow going but the weather made up for it. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Enjoyed it very much and have told severaleople about the course. We are from Canada and winter
in the area and golf around in the area.

True Fast Greens, enjoyable golf round. Many tame alligators laying around and sunning to add to the scenery. Travis, golf director, is very cordial! THANKS!!

great layout....fast, true greens.....fairways need overseeding..but a challenge for all skill levels

Course is in terrible shape but for the cost we paid for the round it wasn't bad. For the price they want us to pay at the course I wouldn't even waste my time.
