2nd Hole: Par-5, 519 yards: The driving zone allows for a slashing drive off the tee, but on the second shot (viewed here) the fairway narrows like an hourglass. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

6th Hole: Par-3, 180: A lengthy bunker nabs misplayed shots to the right and front of green six, as seen from the woodland. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

9th Hole: Par-4: Although 339 yards, this index 6 hole challenges you on every shot. A hook off the tee spells deep, watery trouble. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

Running as long as 400 yards, the 10th threatens not only with a daunting array of hazards—water, sand, trees, OOB–but also a tight fairway. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

The # 6-index hole, fourteen features a brilliant design, a trio of well-placed bunkers, and a long, lateral water hazard. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

Greens are bad
We like the course. Lots of places to lose balls. But today, the greens were horrible. My playing partner says they are using the wrong grass. But, they were bumpy with very few smooth spots. On the two or three greens that were in decent shape, they were slow. The ones with problems were slick. Made for difficult putting. But otherwise, good shape. We'll be back.
It's what you'd expect
This is a golf course in a 55+ mobile home retirement community located in a swamp.
It is priced accordingly. The greens are horrible. If it has rained a lot (and this is Florida, it rains every afternoon) a lot of the course gets flooded and they put out the cart path only signs.
The staff is great, they put coolers full of ice water about every 4 holes. There's a ton of shade, there's a lot of play that isn't in people's back yards but in the woods.
When you don't want to pay $100 for Eaglebrooke or wait 20 minutes between holes at Cleveland Heights, this place is a pretty good choice.
Don’t waste your money!
Played this course with 10 other players. The greens were terrible. Bare spots, weeds in the greens. After the round they told us they’d been working on them for months and can’t get them to come around.. Play somewhere else!
Nice course.
The layout was fun. Conditions were as good as they could be with all the rain we got this weekend. Didn’t explore the off course amenities other than grabbing a quick sandwich on the way out, but it appeared as though they had a lot of things to offer.
Worst golf experience yet.
This place should be embarrassed to call themselves a golf course. I play 1 to 3 times a week and this is by far the worst shape of any course I've ever played. The tee boxes are sand boxes and the greens, well there are no greens. They have browns and I'm not sure if there was more crab grass or sand on them, tough call. The rough at most places are in better shape then these fairways. Also I guess 3 and a half hour pace of play for 18 is unacceptable as the starter bothered us multiple times saying people were calling the clubhouse. All in all the worst golf experience I've ever had and would definitely steer clear.
They should be embarrassed.
When you read the course overview, it sounds like a great course. There is NOTHING “Championship” about this course. Tee’s are burnt out and bare. I don’t think the ever move the tee markers. Fairways are a mix of weeds and either Crabgrass or St. Augustine, neither of which should be on a fairway. It’s been dry, so the Grass is not aggressively growing, but what is there has not been mowed in days. I actually lost a ball in the “fairway. No delineation between the fairway and the rough, it’s the same “stuff” from tee to green and side to side. Bunkers are “Ok”. Greens are an absolute mess! Burnt out, a combination of 4-5 vegetation varieties including what looks like dried out moss, some type of “greens turf”, whatever’s in the fairway and a host of weeds. There were a few greens that had chewed up section with dirt piles. Not sure if it was animals or man made, regardless, no one had made any attempt to fix these chewed up chunks of green (multiple square feet). It’s a fun course when it’s cared for, but right now no one is showing it any love…
Pleasantly surprised
As we drove into the development we fully expected to be playing through their backyards. The course was not that at all! I felt like I was in North Carolina minus the hills. Well kept fairways, greens were in good shape and it was filled with woods and birds! BONUS I got my first hole in one! We will definitely be back,!
I got a hole in one!
My husband and I really enjoyed the course! We were pleasantly surprised to see that we weren't playing in homeowners back yards! It was woodsy and beautiful.
Great staff. Course is unplayable
Nicest staff but too bad. All dirt and weeds...worst course conditions I've ever seen
Great course, good value!
Course had some very nice shade along the course, adding to the difficulty, but also some relief. My group plays this price range regularly and this is one of the nicest in our range. Golf carts were in great shape too, something that is normally hit and miss at this range.
Staff was super friendly and even met property management, who were immediately interested how much we were enjoying things.
