The Manchester Club was founded as a country club in 1865, making its golf course not only the oldest course in Jamaica but in the entire Caribbean. The course stretches over 55 acres of rolling hills near the resort town of Mandeville, which is over 2,000 feet above sea level. In addition to its undulating terrain, the golf course has sand traps and bunkers situated throughout to provide some challenge.
