About

Located just minutes from downtown Canton, The Quarry Golf Club was built on the site of an old quarry that dates back to the 1800s. The location provides a dramatic landscape featuring cliffs that stretch over 100 feet, meandering streams, and deep-water lakes. The golf course utilizes the natural diverse features of the terrain, which lends each hole a unique character. Despite being an old quarry, there are many mature trees that line the fairways. Rocky outcroppings and native grasses border the gently undulating greens and water also comes into play frequently. It's a golf course that demands accuracy and you may find that you need to use all the clubs in your bag. The tee shots can seem intimidating initially but the landing areas are more generous than they appear.

Wow, beautiful layout & challenging course. Elevation changes and natural terrain invite shotmaking and patience. Greens are fair and conditions were tremendous.

Conditions Pristine, Pace was Laughable

4 some took 5 hours to play Monday morning. Did not let a two some play through. Not blaming course, these guys had no etiquette. 4 holes open in front of them.

Kudos to grounds crew, course was amazing!

Needs a new marshall

Course was fine but this was the worst pace of play ive ever experienced. 18 holes took 6 hours and there was not 1 marshall anywhere to be seen. Wont be returning.

Incredible layout. Twas a bit wet when we played so that was really the only issue. Some tee box were in some trouble. But overall first time here was really solid.

An Excellent Twilight Experience

Booked a tee time after 2:30pm on a Sunday for $63 plus convenience fees. The clubhouse was compact, but pretty with the restaurant patio facing the finishing hole and th front desk very accessible to the first tee and a well-maintained practice area. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all in excellent condition and the pace was great as well. Finished the round under four hours with plenty of sunlight to spare. The gold tees were a fun challenge and had many memorable shots. I will be back again!

One of the Nicest Courses In the Area

The Quarry is a well maintained, challenging course. Lots of elevation changes, plenty of hazards, and narrow fairways. Their staff is very friendly, and they have a nice snack shack with refreshment carts running most of the day. Good food and atmosphere. It's one of my favorite courses to play. The only negative review I have is in regards to the driving range. Each time I've played there I have purchased tokens for the range, but the token machine was not working. My money was refunded each time, however. If you can get a tee time here, take it. You won't be disappointed. They book out quickly.

Great course

The Quarry is a very challenging but very fair course. Great layout, plenty of topography, alot of fun.

Greens were great and consistent. We will be back. The clubhouse is country club quality.
