Great golf day!
I really enjoyed my round of golf. Wonderful course and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I will be back soon!!
Losing it appeal
I've played this course for over 20 years. It is usually one to the best courses in this borderland area. The greens were in good shape but slower than normal.
The tee boxes need so weed killer and the fairways which use to be perfect were patchy. I'm sure they'll whip it back into shape soon enough.
Sonoma
Pace of play was decent. The beverage cart came around at a good rate. The course is looking better every time a play it.
Sunday Starter
For the last three sundays the starter has made a bad example of Red Hawk trying to be a golf course above the rest. He is confused and slows people down to t-times later than they signed up for. Even with number 1 fair way and green open he makes people wait. This causes more people to be late for there start time. Needs to be moved to a day not as busy or monitored with someone who knows how to be a starter. Example the group was in club house checking in late so made others on time wait. Sorry to bring this to your attention but Red Hawk needs to address this situation as first impression is very important.
