New Restaurant
They have updated to restaurant menu so it’s more New Mexican. Food is still good. Hot dogs only available on the course. Greens and tee boxes are great! Fairways are hard and waiting on spring grass growth.

Greens are getting better after punching
Course is getting nicer I played the last 2 Mondays and next week or putting greens should be in top form. Group of 5 old men holding up pace but still finished in 4 hours

If there's one thing that kills my enjoyment on a course it's slow play. The two rounds I played at this course were both exceedingly slow. They had a Marshall but apparently not effective.

The course had a tournament that morning and a few players were at the course when we started. This is not common because this place is always packed. It was a great day. The course is always in great shape.

Best value in Las Cruces
The NMSU golf course is a great course to play. The course is always in good condition and it has the best price in town. It is always my first choice when looking for a tee time.

Amazing facility
NMSU Golf Course graciously allowed us to park our motorhome overnight for our game and were very accommodating

Slow round
I thought booking a tee time at 4:30 on a Friday, it wouldn't be that crowded. 2:15 hours front nine. So only got in 9.
A college course, so probably always stacked. Book earlier in the day to get in the 18.
Great course and can be challenging from the tips.
