About
Four Mile Ranch Golf Club sprawls across a stunning landscape of gently rolling hills. The layout closely follows the natural contours of the terrain and doesn't use any formal bunkers, in their place are white shale ridges called hogbacks. They can range anywhere in height from 3 to 30 feet and they're not even the golf course's only distinctive feature. The layout winds through natural rock outcropping and a number of mini canyons. It's as challenging as it is scenic, though, with several blind shots and intimidating greens, none of which are more daunting than that on the memorable par-5 sixth. This tough green is obscured by huge rocks, testing not only your skills but also your ability to strategize. Four Mile Ranch G.C. offers a golf experience like none other in the area.

Best golf course
I played golf for 3years and I been all different courses but this course are the best
Unique layout
Great pace of play on the front nine. A threescore playing nine holes was started on number 10 just as we were finishing number 9. This slowed play on the back nine.
Great Value
Rated 5 stars overall because you can’t beat the value. I’ve played here 4 times and most recent is the best I’ve seen course conditions in spite of it being 11 November and having snowed over night.
Layout gets knocks by some for quirky blind shots and some crazy green contours. Also, there is no clubhouse and the practice area leaves much to be desired. But when snow and cold temps come in to Colorado Springs for winter…4-Mile is my go to for finding a little warmer, drier conditions and a chance to get some fun rounds. Yeah the course has a couple goofy holes…but it is a lot of fun to play and there are views that go on forever on clear days!

Large interesting greens. Fun par 3's. Great tee off overlooks. Easy to lose and find balls if you miss the fairways.

Unique and fair course
This course was the most unique course I have played. There are holes that are blind shots but the booklet helps with what one is shooting for. Even with a cart, the amount of hills makes for a slightly sore body the next day. There was not a single hole that was boring and that made for an enjoyable with the new friends that I met that day. I would definitely recommend this course and will be back. Oh yeah, the staff was the courteous and friendly staff I have ever met at a gold course.
ONE OF A KIND GOLF COURSE!!!
Maybe one of the most original layouts I’ve ever played. If nearby in Colorado Springs, make the trip to play this gem. Great value, great condition, and the most out of the ordinary holes I’ve ever seen on a golf course. Quirky but a lot of fun and very challenging.

Great Fun, Love the layout.
I really like the layout, some holes challenge driving accuracy, and most greens challenge your approach shots, but most all the greens are large enough to make them fair. The course is so much fun for that reason in my opinion. Make sure you get the hole by hole booklet in the Pro Shop, it’s well done and really helps first time players. Love the elevated tee boxes. Greens were in great condition too.
