Great Private/Public Course
Quail Run is one of the few courses that the public can play. It's also a private club with members who will typically be granted the early tee times. Many other amenities are offered for being a club member. The course is kept very well and the fairways and greens are good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable for the area especially during season. Quail Run is a gem in the middle of Naples!
I had the pleasure of playing at Quail Run Golf Club located in Naples Florida. I played this course about 5 years ago. At that time, the fairways were overgrown and the greens were dry. When I played today, I noticed a big difference. The course was well manicured, the fairways well kept. The greens were very playable and in good condition.
I was greeted in the Pro Shop in a very courteous and professional manner. The cart and bag attendants were also courteous and friendly.
I am looking forward to playing again next week.
Would have been nice to know distances. Didn’t know pole markings. GPS systems in cart would have helped. Picture of holes and pin placement would help.
Winter rates are high
Nice public course
Have been playing private clubs for 40 years. This was a nice surprise. Pleasant staff, helpful. Nice golfers. All good
Narrow but fair
Played the II tees which are listed at 4800 yards. Most fairways are narrow but the course never felt too short. Greens were a bit brown but still very fast. Would play it again.
First round of thr season
Course was in good condition and greens were true. Very tight layout so accuracy is key.
Nice way to start the holf year.
Challenging inter community track
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Course was in great condition. It was busy but pace of play was good. Picturesque track with tight fairways and enough water to require a couple extra balls.
Layout
Great layout for for medium to high handicap golfers. Makes it enjoyable!
