Tight
Interesting. Had a few beautiful holes, but had a few less than desirable ones. About half the holes are too tight. Tight is one thing, but tight with homes too close to the fairway. However, I would play again, but no rush.

Nice simple tract
Short course. Decent shape. Liked the greens. Good condition/true roll. The lady at the bar was quite stressed which detracted from the after round experience.

Played with my wife a few younger guys from the back tees.
Nice easy course - a little tight with houses all around but wide enough fairways.
Course was in only fair condition with some dug up areas around the fairways because there are not cart paths everywhere. All in all a good warm up course for a reasonable price.

It would be helpful to have the starter or someone drive the course and try to get slower groups to move a little faster. I had several holes where I let a group of 2 finish in front of me to have them still at the next tee after I reached the green.
