Windy and Cold Day
Greens and fairways were good, but the sand traps needed work. Some of the traps had grass growing and were not being keep up.
Very playable course
I enjoyed my round of golf at Tunica. The course is very playable and fair. All the greens are approachable. The greens are very receptive to approach shots yet quite fast. But there are no dramatic undulations so you always have a chance to make your putt. I also enjoyed the fact that they allowed me to walk instead of ride the cart. They also had free pull carts to use. The course is pretty flat so it is indeed very walkable. Get out there and get some exercise! However, if you're going to use the driving range, take a cart as it is quite a long distance from the clubhouse. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. The food was good but the service was very slow. Typical south. Also I didn't enjoy the fact that there wasn't much water available on the course.
Very Nice
The course is in great shape! Demanding but fair. Keep it in The short grass.
Great day to be a golfer
A superior course! Pretty challenging so don't expect to break your all time record. As I arrived, they were having a 70 man scramble, so I thought to myself "this will be a long day" but as it was they paired me up with 3 very nice people and we started on # 10. We never waited on a tee box all day long. Course has lots of everything from sand to water. Course is in great shape from tees to fairways to the very fast greens. will be back if in the area.
Perfect day on a perfect course
A great venue. Course is in excellent condition. Staff was awesome. Lots of sand and water to keep you honest. Fairways appear to be wide open, but beware of the rough. Very challenging so don't expect to break any records. Play the fairway instead of the long bomb and you should be happy with your end results.Would love to play here again. Worth the drive from anywhere. I came from 6 hours away just to play this course. Thanks to all of the very helpful staff, keep up the great job. And thanks for treating me like a VIP.
excellent golf course
Many bunkers come into play on this course, making it difficult, however fairways are wide enough to navigate them. Course condition is excellent. Highly recommend.
Great course Great Value
Got right out after hitting a few balls and putting. GPS on cart. Lots of sand traps very challenging.
Fairways great condition.
Staff very friendly
Jewel in the casino area
I have visited Tunica on many occasions and have never played this course... The staff was great and the course conditions was awesome, the pratice facilitys were the best I have seen... its a must play ...
Nice course
This was a really nice course with a lot of personality. The sand traps could have been more consistent, but other than that it was great!

This course is best available in our area I have played it on weekdays and in tournaments and find it extremely difficult but in wonderful shape every time!
Great track and tough the first time
Very challenging layout. Use the yardage book because some of the water is hard to see. Fun layout and very friendly staff.
Weekend Outing
Purchased Hot Deal on GolfNow, great price for a great course. Staff was extremely friendly got us off early and were very accommodating. Was a bit windy which brought water even more in to play. Pace was great played in 3 hours and 45 minutes or so. Nice little basic GPS setup in the cart, they need to mention that on their website. Would definitely play there again.
Windy but playable
Great place to play never a disappointment
Water Water Everywhere
The course is in excellent condition tee to green. No complaints. It's relatively flat but there are blind shots. Some fairways slope severely in places usually to the ponds/lakes/creeks. Water is in play on 15 holes. It's a challenging fun track.
Beautiful Fall Day
It was a typical round at Tunica Nationals. If you can hit fairways and greens, you will be okay. The greens are fast and true and they will hold a properly struck golf shot. The strong wind makes the course play tough. My only complaint is there are too many fairway sand traps. There is very little room on many of the holes because there are fairway bunkers on both sides of many of the holes.
Tough Course in the Wind
This is a links style course and when we played it the wind was up. Plenty of water and traps coupled with the wind made it a challenging day. However, the scoring wasn't bad due to the large fairways. My understanding is to expect the wind in spring and fall. The greens were fast but rolled true. Pace of play for us was fine because we were first off.
Had a great experience
The course and facility was as good as it was when I played here 4 years ago. The greens had been top dressed and sanded. The fee to play had been adjusted and was disclosed prior to play. I really appreciated the heads up. Nevertheless I had a great time. The three others I played with made it even better. Do not pass up the chance to play here. Worth every penny.
A great example of southern hospitality
Great hospitality, and facilities.Tremendous practice facilities.Staff is super supportive.
