Located 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris via the Normandy Motorway (A13), discover a magnificent championship course set in the woods of the historic Golf du Champ de Bataille on a 60-hectare estate.
Created in 1990, Golf du Champ de Bataille is the work of American architect Robin Nelson and French landscape designer Thierry Huau. This 18-hole course, Par 72, spans 5,993 meters. The layout respects the trees, undergrowth filled with ferns/groves. Two new holes designed by architect Manuel Rossi are to be discovered. A must-visit is the restaurant "Les Terrasses." Finally, Golf du Champ de Bataille welcomes you.

Great course
In part due to very dry conditions and balls running a long way we managed to leave a fair few on the course for others to find!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed the challenge which we made harder for ourselves playing off the blue tees rather than red - who knows why but very doable

Lovely track
Got twilight for €50 15:00 tee on a Saturday, guy in the pro shop was not very friendly but staff in the bar and restaurant where fantastic, course is excellent layout in the woods and was a joy to play, lots of great holes, played from yellow tees not long but need to be straight off the tees to keep in position, was the best €50 I have ever spent, in the UK expect to pay £150 plus for similar quality.

Favourite course in the region.
I have played it many times in all sorts of conditions. Always a pleasure to play there with high quality fairways and greens, and impressive holes such as 17th. Unfortunately cannot play 9 holes as the 10th tee is far from the club house. Would recommend.
