Awesome
First time ever playing this gem of a course. Can't wait to play ir again. And can't wait to play it in the summer. Some of the friendliest staff ive ever met at a golf course.
beautiful course no houses best layout in southern Ohio!!
had a lot of fun with my buddies then hung out by pond on patio.....different experience than you get at most courses. Nice staff!!
Course in progress
The course wasn’t in the great shape. Not horrible. Staff was doing a lot of work to improve the course. My biggest complaint was the lack of yardage markers. They gave us a yardage book for free which was very nice, but there weren’t enough yardage indicators. Great value though.
The course lives up to the name
In the evening this course takes on another beauty. The perfect greens as the sun shines through the trees and hills are astounding. Very well maintained course and superior natural landscape making this course a pleasure to play every time
Top 10 ?
Beautiful place
Tuff on balls very shaggy around the edges.
A ball 5 yards out of fairway 50% chance in finding. Some grounds keeping weed eating, sand in bunker, things a golfer might expect, from top 10 rated course. .. sad
Poor distance markings and pothole filled gravel/dirt cart paths
Red, white, blue fairway markers only. Couple that with 2+ feet high weeds for the rough immediately off the fairways and you need to expect to lose a lot of balls that should never be lost. Basically the greens, tees, and fairways are maintained and the rest is weedy pasture.
If you don't like dirt and dust in your lungs, make sure you are the lead cart!
This course could be fantastic given the scenic beauty and layout, but as is it's a cheap way to go hit some balls.
Dew Busters
Majestic Springs is always a treat to play, especially in the morn. First Tee Time off and played 18 holes in just over 2 hours. Plus got to enjoy a hot free breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage, complements of Majestic Springs staff. Course was in its usual solid shape.
Great Balue
Course was very playable and in excellent shape. We played from the tips and it was a great experience. I live about an hour away and would drive out again to play. A great value. Gem.
Slow play
Had a scramble earlier in the day, so after the scramble they sent everyone off the front. Sometimes 4 to 5 groups on one hole. Should have used the back nine to send people off
Nice place
Majestic was a great course. A couple of the tee boxes were a little less than par with almost like ruff height grass. Other than that a great place to play.
