Majestic Springs Golf Course

This is one of the prettiest courses I've played at. The atmosphere and people are extremely welcoming to all guests. They pay a lot of attention to the condition of the course, which is very obvious. The scenery of the countryside is gorgeous. They offer food and drinks right after the 9th and 18th holes which is a great pitstop, especially on hot summer days. I highly recommend Majestic Springs, it's the only course I visit!! Definitely a wonderful place to play!!

Had a tee time at 7:22 am as a single. Course was going to group me with a threesome with the same time, which is fine. Threesome did not show up, so was I allowed to play at my tee time? Of course NOT!

Let the 4-some at 7:30 am play and then a 3-some at 7:38 am came up to the 1st tee. Was I teamed up with them? Of course NOT! Another single with a 7:38 am tee time was paired with them, who the 3-some did not know.

The starter tells me that he'll try to fit me in, but that all the next tee times are 4-somes. What a load of BS! So, I got my money back and left.

I had a 7:22 am tee time, either let me go as a single or pair ME with the next available group. Otherwise, what is the point of having a tee time. I might have just as well showed up as a single and would have got fit in anyway.

Terrible course and tee time management! I've played here for many years, even when the course was in somewhat poor shape.

What do you get for loyalty today? Apparently NOTHING!!!

I will not be coming back.

I didn't know what to expect when I went to Majestic Springs. I was very impressed. The greens and fairways were in spectacular shape. I can't really comment on the bunkers as it was a rainy day when we went. The tee boxes were honestly a little rough, but that is true of just about every course in this area this late in the season. The front 9 winds through the woods with a creek running through many of the holes. The fairways remained very open. The back 9 opens up even further. I have no complaints. If you are able to get a hot deal, I would definitely recommend it. Even if you pay full price, you won't be disappointed.

I've played this course several times over the past two years and each time was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff takes very good care of the course. I always look forward to playing there.

This is a pristine course---no houses. Blends with beautiful countryside.

For the guy who doesn't expect country club conditions, this is it for him/her.

This is a fun, links-style layout offering good golf at a good price. Pace of play was excellent - maybe 3 hours, 20 minutes for 18 holes. I will definitely be back to play again. One thing I might recommend - at almost 6,500 yards the black tees are a bit long for me, and at 5,800-something yards the green tees are a little short. You might consider putting together a set of hybrid tees playing to about 6,100 yards. It wouldn’t take an extra line on the scorecard - just circle either the black or green yardage figures, and print the course rating and slope for the combination on the card.

Great shape nice staff. Relaxing fun round my favorite place to play in southern Ohio. Nothing close to the overall experience

Majestic Springs was recommended to me by a friend who learned I had taken up golf after a long lay-off.

What a super course. Some really challenging holes and some that give you a break. They keep it in great shape - last week I was on a course that was not. Really enjoyed getting back to MS. The staff are very cordial and even “neighborly”.

Great course Very restful environment with great designed golf holes. Opportunity to use all clubs. Ample room to drive the ball but essential to be in the fairway.

Personnel are terrific. A real value for your money.

Best value in southern Ohio. Excellent customer service. Negative: could have received a better deal by bookilng on-line through the golf course.

guys in my league talked about this course so I went to play it. Wasn't expecting it to be that nice. good ol country feel, staff was overly nice, relaxed atmosphere , sat around in pavilion on lake when done and couldn't believe the view. Wish I had pics

if you go play this course you wont be disappointed. Also impressed they are re doing some bunkers ill be back next week

Why do golf course have sand traps if the can not take care of them ? Traps were horrible condition and some were unplayable. The storms we have had is no excuse.

The parking lot was packed when I arrived. I figured every golfer in southern Ohio was playing and it was going to be an excruciating six hour round. Wrong; we played in a leisurely 3 hours and 47 minutes.

I found the course to be a real challenge. The design promotes an appreciation for managing each shot. Mulligans come in handy for those of us that don't have that talent.

Course condition would have rated Excellent had it not been for the vast number of un-repaired ball marks on the greens. Raking the traps wasn't a high priority either. C'mon man, take some responsibility.

The improvements made to the course over the last few years have been outstanding. Majestic Springs is a fantastic value.
