Majestic Springs Golf Course

Deceptively challenging course. Very wide open but placement of different hazards creates interesting shot choices. Course maintained very well. Out in the middle of no where so no traffic or other noise to bother you. Great course.

Course is a great layout. Had gone down hill, but new owers have started to bring it back. Best layout around love the variety of holes. Should be 4 to 5 star with a little work.

What I like most about this course is that it is over 200 acres with lots of nice relaxing views and a lot of space between holes and fairways.

Excited to play one of our favorite courses, Majestic Springs.
The course has been fixed up nicely. Always a challenge

We were looking for a course between Cincinnati and Columbus. We found that majestic Springs fits our needs.
The course is in good shape.

It is still early and the course was fine greens where not the greatest but we were satisfied with the course and staff treatment

I almost consider this a diamond in the rough. I only wish I lived closer. I get the feeling of being "out in the boonies" but it really is not far from 71. Course is in excellent shape. I hear Kevin O'Sullivan has taken it over and he has a record of making things happen. Looking forward to improvements in the future. Good luck!

This course has come a long way in 2012. It has many unique features and is truly a beautiful course. There are many rolling hills and the course is built to blend into the surrounding terrain. There were prior posts about the "dry" conditions. I did not experience anything like that in October. The course was in excellent condition.

I thought this was a pretty good coarse for the money but there are a few holes that need improvement in upkeep. Overall it has a unique layout. I will play again as it is an interesting coarse that has unique challenges but still allows for a good score.

I like this course as I've been playing it for years, at least a couple times each season (I'd play it more but it's a hour drive from my house).
However, this time it was really dry. The greens were OK but everything else was fried from the drought. Even the divots would explode into dust.
All courses I've played were a bit crisp around the edges, but Majestic Springs was much worse.
Apparently they don't have an adequate water source to deal with such extraordinary conditions, which may be a problem as these types of summers seem to be occurring more frequently.

Overall a good experience. Have played this track a hundred times, I've seen it at it's best and I've seen it at it's worst. Several greens were a tad burnt, but at this time of year what can you expect.
A good time was had by all

Course needs some attention as some tees have crab grass on them and some of the greens and fairways are rough.
The course needs to charge less considering its condition.

Due to lack of rain during the summer, the fairways were pretty sparce. The greens were good. The carts were average. The pace of play was poor due to the lack of rangers.

Make sure there are no outings going on...we found out(when we got there) they had 2 going on at once after making a tee time at golf now.  They started us on hole 11 and after 5 1/2 hours waiting on every shot we finished.  People make tee times for a reason...so they can finish in a reasonable time.  You would think they would pull the tee times when outings are scheduled or at least inform you.
