Majestic Springs
Solid course. Challenging. Need to get bunkers ready. Great course for the price

I enjoyed being out more in the country and really enjoyed the features.
Majestic Springs Golf Course
Nice course in good Spring shape. Bunkers not ready yet.still early. A fun ,challenging,reasonably priced course. Will definitely return.
Good day
Played with my 88 year old father and staff was pleasant about handicap flag and course was in great shape for the price.
Not that great
It’s the beginning of the season so maybe in a couple weeks it might be better but the rate of play was extremely slow and there were no Rangers to push people. I left after nine holes paid for 18. The layout for the back nine is a little confusing, but the fairways are wide.
Overbooked
I really enjoy this course and think it’s a great deal compared to other local courses. The issue I have is the overbooked Tee times. We had a 915 TT but when we arrived to the tee box there were 4 groups on #10. A foursome on the green, a group in the fairway and two waiting. I understand trying to maximize profits but it has become completely frustrating and not worth the drive for a 5+ hour round.
No water
I played the front 9. No water stations. I dont recall any toilets on the course. I did not see a beverage cart while I was playing. .No ice container on cart. IMO these are basic necessities for a golf course.
Great Value for the Money
Majestic offers a variety of experience from links-style holes to singular off-the-links holes that offer some degree of challenge, specifically 2 and 15. Course management is present on 2, 6, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18, requiring golfers to make decisions. Course is maintained very well and the pro shop is well stocked with Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, Bridgestone, FootJoy, and some less expensive offerings. The biggest knock on the course is the tee times are too close together, so during peak times, expect multiple delays. Also, the waste areas off-line are essentially non-recoverable due to the knee-high straw. A newer golfer with accuracy issues will lose a LOT of golf balls.
Slow play
They started us on the back nine. We followed a fivesome? And they were slow but we were assured that they were finishing the round and had already played the front nine and there would be no one ahead of us after that. Somehow we ended I up behind two adults and four kids on the front nine so we had to skip a hole and go around them as they didn’t offer to let us play through. The course was nice though.
