Second hole, par-3, 182 (blues). A challenging tee shot, yet the hole becomes tougher when you land a good distance from the pin. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/21/2023

Fourth: The number 3 index, this par-4 or 424 will test your skills from tee to cup. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/21/2023

The par-3 ninth plays 197 yards from the blues. Its green is positioned and shaped like a Redan hole, but without the right-to-left cant. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/21/2023

Chuck, a good driver of the golf ball, prepares to tee off at the number 1 index hole at Oxford Greens, the par-4 twelfth. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/21/2023

The twelfth is named “Double Plateau” for its green, which means that the putting surface actually has three elevations. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/21/2023

The fourteenth, a par-4 of 418 with water on the left, is named “Plead,” and you may well find yourself begging it for mercy before putting out. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/21/2023

18th, par-4, 458: You’ll need to commit to your full swing (twice) to play a hole tagged with the name “Trust In.” Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/13/2021

16th: The short par-3 of 170 lives up to its moniker: “Fortress.” It’s green complex is built like one. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/13/2021

An earlier, summertime picture taken of the first hole, called “Road Out,” gives a glimpse of a green sided by a road (behind) and a pesky pot bunker. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/13/2021

The sixth–a.k.a. the “Red Oaks”--is index 13, but will still present a few problems enroute to a drive-and-pitch par. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/13/2021

“Timberlake” is hole seven, and the hole is all about avoiding the trees and playing some tricky angles from tee to green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/13/2021

Eight: “Turtle” is a long par-five of 570 that can snap at you. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/13/2021

Oxford Greens
Overall the course was in very good shape - especially the fairways and greens. Some of the tee boxes were showing some wear and tear.
The pace of play was incredible. As a 2-some we played 18 holes in 4 hours and 5 minutes!
I had a good time the course was challenging but fair
Long round on a Saturday
Great course, great conditions, staff (except grumpy starter who doesn’t play golf (?)) is excellent. To pay that much and have to wait on the group in front while the group in back of you waits as well is not enjoyable. Many holes the wait at the tee box is so long the following group is waiting and watching your drives. #2 hole there might be 2 groups behind watching. No water on the course but they do have cart service.
Nice layout
Nice course with challenging greens. Some hole are fairly tight.
To slow
My wife and I played only a twosome, it took us four and a half hours.
There was a foursome and a single in front of us and we had a handicap flag
The foursome almost waited until the greens where cleared be teeing and the single followed suit.
No rangers where in site plus handicap flag could not be used on the par fives
Not a fun day
Fun Track with Pure Greens
Didn’t play great at all, but every shot or putt makes you think. I love the layout and the course a is good challenge for all types of golfers. Definitely worth the price with a cart and the staff is friendly as well. Going back asap!
Overpriced
Tee boxes in very poor shape. For 85$ with a cart I would expect a lot better conditions for the money
Oxford Greens
Course was in great shape and the weather was perfect. Cart was quite wobbly for some reason.
Bad grooming
Bad grooming
The golf course was in horrible condition just outside of the rough area and even on the Teebox. They should spend a little time trimming things down and not letting it get so overgrown. It makes for a very difficult play. I will not be playing there again until they take care of this issue like all other golf courses.
Sunday golf
Overall the course played nicely, enjoy it…One problem is over price.
Nice course
Loved the conditions. Played from blue tees and scored mid 80’s. The course plays long and challenges accuracy and club selection. The course offers lots of diversity and elevations to make things interesting. I play the course a few times each year and have always enjoyed it.
