Falcon Lakes Golf Course

Went there with my father-in-law and brother. Played well on the front but wilted on the back. Fairways were great, greens rolled well. We want to play there again.

Course was in great condition , friendly staff, played in 3hrs

Nice people, priced real good. Played really fast, greens were in okay shape.

Very playable,greens and fairways very good.bunkers need a little work.

It's a 30 minute drive from the city but certainly worth it. I have played Falcon Lakes many times and it's truely one of my favorites in the Kansas City area.

Course condition was great. Staff was friendly even though I made reservation through golfnow hot deal. Pace was slow a little due to many senior members but it was fun to play.

Great value on a super course. Scenery was outstanding, course well manicured.

The course is can be very challenging with its doglegs, undulating fairways and greens. The greens were in perfect condition.

Beautiful course on a beautiful day!!! The staff in the clubhouse got things off to a great start as they were very courteous and friendly. Practice facilities are great. Course is in superb shape. Fairways are wide and well maintained. Greens were receptive and rolled true. I'll be back to Falcon Lakes!!!

My only complaint is paying ten dollars to book a tee time online. I could have called for free.

The process of getting a tee time an the course being ready for me was excellent. Unfortunately, the day I played was a washout after 6 holes. Will definitely give Falcon Lakes another chance soon when the weather is not a factor.

The pace of play was slow due to wet conditions - cart path only. Falcon Lakes does have a drainage issue in the fairways - very soggy after a moderate amount of rain. Played on May 26th, Memorial Day, the course wasn't packed but the greens were pretty beat up and very inconsistent in terms of speed. "Fix your ball marks on the greens people". Still not a big fan of the thin Meyer zoysia that the courses in KC use, fairways still very patchy and extremely thin. With that being said, I still like the layout and overall feel of the course.

Great staff. Excellent pace of play.
Greens have some bad spots. Looks like deer hoof prints. Need repaired. Tee boxes in moderate shape and fairways a little thin in spots. But it's early in the year after a hard winter. This course usually bounces back once the heat sets in.

This is an updated review so disregard the others. I play courses all around the KC metro area multiple times per week. The greens are not fast, but respectable. Greens are in the best condition I have seen this year in the KC metro area. Course is very green and fairways are well taken care of. Staff is friendly, pace of play is right at 4 hours with a group of 4. The tee box on hole 13 is the only questionable tee box on the course, all of the others are in great condition.

Plays much harder than the slope rating. Great layout and coming along nicely. Greens are in very good shape and after a bit of attention some of the tee boxes will be back to 100%. This is one of my favorites in KC.

Have play at Falcon Lakes for years and have never seen this course in such a extremely poor condition.

Played on a very windy day. Greens were good, Fairways need some attention. They are Zosia but had a lot of bad spots and weed starting.

This is a gem of a golf course in Kansas City. The greens were in excellent shape and very fair for all levels of golfers. Fairways were in great shape as well. I will be playing here often.
