Great course overall
Pace was great. Very fun and challenging holes. Staff was very friendly.
Golfing Monday
Good course, couple bad turns on our part finding holes but fun time.
Towhee is solid
To be as hot as it currently is, Towhee is a solid golf course. For the most part, the greens and fairways are in great shape. A few tee boxes need some attention but that is minor. The range continues to be the worst part of this course. If Towhee can get the range up to par then this will be one of the best public courses in Middle TN
Not so great
Greens were ok. Fairways are very tightly cut .
Definitely not a manicured course. Very ragged everywhere but down the middle. Played on Sunday and pace was so slow. Wouldn’t pay more than $50 to play here. Pro shop and restaurant were good .

Greens are punched
You should be notified as soon as you select the course, that the greens have been punched. Instead, I drive an hour to the course and get told this after I've paid full price. Not okay.
Fun course
Starter got my wife and I out solo and, though, it was hot and busy, the round was 10 min ahead of schedule. Newish facilities are great and the course is in great shape. Fun course.
Greens are punched
Any course who isn’t publishing that the greens are punched should be ashamed. It’s sinful.

Course was in good shape. Did not eat at bar but have before and is a nice place. Overall heppy with course
Great staff
If you live in the area it’s a good deal. Great staff, great greens. Course could use some tender, loving, care.
Nice shape overall
Course was in good condition considering the heat we have had around here. A few problem area's on the greens but did not effect play. Pro shop staff and starter were helpful and friendly. Had waters available at two stations which was very good.
Repair and mowers bothersome
We were on hole 3 and I think every possible piece of equipment was out and the noise and racket was deafening and totally distracting. We were almost ready to ask for a refund. On the next hole guys were installing railings and hammering those into the ground. Otherwise things were fairly normal. I would definitely recommend having water on the course to help beat the heat.
Recommend
Fun course, in good shape, pace of play was good. We finished 25 minutes ahead of pace. Highly recommend. One of the best public courses in the Nashville area.
