course is difficult if you don't hit the fairway
lots of sand and water to get into if your not careful, hit it straight
Can you please blow off the greens a few times a day until the leaves are gone. Holes: 3,4,6,11,12,16. Thank you

Challenging course
King's Creek is not for the beginner. It is a challenging golf course where every part of your game is required. The greens are quick. Where you land the ball on the green is important.
very nice putting surfaces
great course for the money... only complaint is players need to learn to repair divots... otherwise the putting is excellent. layout is challenging, lots of bunkers in play... all around super value with GOLF NOW.
The course is challenging
From the opening hole to the last, King's Creek offers golfers many challenges. There are plenty of well guarded greens, blind shots, and risk/rewards holes. The only drawback is the cost. The price for a round is much too high for the shape that course is usually in. I prefer to only use golfnow.com to book my rounds out there.
GREAT LAYOUT
This course has a great layout but could use some attention to the course conditions. We had a great round of golf because of the challenging holes and the design. The course is not difficult if you manage the holes correctly. Certainly makes you think what club to use at most of the holes. Would like to play again now I have played the course once the second time would be a much better score.
Kicks my butt
The thing that kicks my butt about this course is that you have to think differently on each hole. The first hole looks pretty straight forward and lulls you to sleep while the other 17 await your complacence with claws bared. This is a course that is totally unforgiving of mistakes. Yes, you will pay with triples and more if you just flail away. Nicely maintained with soft beautiful greens. See you in the hazards!
Not what I expected.
I guess I had higher expectations. The course was not in great shape. The pace of play was awful. Another golfer stole one of my balls and denied it, that was frustrating. I can't remember all of the bad with the course. I guess that is why my request for a review came 5 weeks after we played the course. The course really could be a great course, if it had a littler more attention.
Potential to be best public course in middle TN.
Challenging layout. Usually very well kept by ground crew. Pretty course with friendly staff. However, now that there is no longer GPS on the carts there is a need for more yardage markers, few sprinklers/sprinkler heads or red& blue markers to guide by. Greens were disappointing from the great shape they are generally in. If they had two -four people repair some of the unrepaired divots near the end of each day the greens would not need near as much work. (30 mins per day ) If you are going to use numbered pin placement vs. R,W&B ( IE FMB) try and get it right at least a majoirty of the time.
