Course very well maintained. Fairways in pristine shape.
Course in the best shape I've seen in 5 years. Staff is very polite. Course drained pretty well considered the downpour it took on 24 hrs earlier. Greens would be better if more players repaired divots. No fault of grounds crew.
first time ever playing here and loved it.
The only thing was a storm just went through so half of the range was under water, and a couple of holes were too but I really enjoyed playing here and will return.
great layout
Great for all experience levels. The average player can stick to the member teas or step back to the champion or Palmer teas for a more challenging round.
nice! one of the in nashville area
very well managed and maintained. quality staff, good hot dogs!
very challenging,great shape.
second time to play here.first was in a scramble so really did not get full feel of course. got it this time!beautiful layout in great shape. very challenging course with several forced carries.ninth hole reminds me of some holes in scotland with the green almost totally hidden by a huge bunker that actually looks more like sanddune.
This course was in terrible condition given the great weather middle TN has experienced this summer.
Where to start? This golf course was in terrible condition given the mild summer we are experiencing in middle TN. The greens were slow, bumpy, and generally speaking in bad shape. There were also spots in the rough where the grass clippings were so thick you could not find your ball. For the $40 greens fee this golf course was not worth it and I will not be back.
Great Track
You gotta play this one..Each hole is very unique and challenging. All you can handle from the tips!
The fairways and greens are in great shape.
During my round, the ranger was constantly delivering ice cold towels and grapes to keep us refreshed. One had enjoyed seeing the service cart a bit more frequently.
Great Course.
Really enjoyed playing this course for the first time, will definitely be back. Course was in great shape although I wouldn't have minded the greens being slightly quicker. It's a nice length from the back tees and plenty of tee shots that will make you think twice about pulling out the driver.
Well designed course at an incredible price
This was my first time playing this course and I was beyond impressed. The course was beautifully designed and very challenging, but it definitely inspired some great play. Lots of sand so beware! One of my favorite parts was on two different holes they had coolers set out, one with cold crisp apples for a quick snack and then on hole 14 they had towels sitting in ice that you could wipe your face with or put around your neck. On a hot tennessee summer day this was an incredible surprise. Loved it. I will be going back very very soon!!!!
Can be Challenging
King's Creek is an excellent course, which can be challenging but playable, for both the talented and newer players. Be prepared for some "forced carries" off the tee, but multiple tee locations will determine the skill needed. Can be fun for all skill levels.
Very impressed !!
GREAT value for the money ! Well maintained course and challenging.
Great with a discount.
If you have a hot deal hard to beat. Lots of sand traps.
You gotta keep it in play to score
I ended up playing this course on a lark due to having an appointment in the Spring Hill area. Since it was only 1:30 and I was done I decided to check out GolfNow and saw this course was 10 minutes away and had a great nine-hole rate. I had heard that this course was designed by Arnold Palmer so I was glad to try it out. I went off on one and was able to play nine holes with no one in front of me in about 75 minutes (I wasn't playing fast either as I would drive up on several holes to see how the hole was laid out on most approach shots). The course itself is short, but tricky. It being my first time out and not being sure where to hit shots (and not hit them) I proceeded cautiously and hit some mulligans if I had too much club or hit it in what I thought was the right area but was wrong about. There are tons of sand traps and water to add that extra degree of difficulty. If you're good with your short irons you can eat the par 3's up. I was having a really good day and was actually one under on them (don't think that will happen too often). It was the Par 4's that gave me fits. Was able to score a 37 (par 35) and will try to play all 18 the next time I'm over that way. The pro, Neill was also really cool and gave me a coupon I plan to use for a discounted round.
Kings Creek
Was a good day with the exception of the foursome in front of us...
Course is in good shape - staff is amazing!!
This is a good challenge
Great course with big greens, bunkers galore, and trouble on every hole.
Good shots rewarded and bad ones severely penalized.
Great Public Course
My home course. I live across the street. Prices are reasonable for
the most part.
Overpriced for Condition of the Course
Have played this course now about 8 times. The greens have gone downhill as this used to be a strength of the course but the greens had not been cut for weekend play making them incredibly slow. They have just about lost the putting green as it looks like a fungus has set in. The general upkeep of the course seems to have deteriorated over the past year and yet they still keep asking a premium cost. There are other courses in the Nashville area that are in much better condition for the money. Can't put my finger on it but is seems they are playing off the "Arnold Palmer" name too much. Hope it can make a comeback as the layout is pretty decent.
Level tee boxes and rest of course well maintained.
The pace of play was perfect for a sunny Saturday afternoon. The fairways, greens and bunkers were in good condition.
