Not what it seems in a good way.
Although off the freeway, I never hear the traffic. The course is cut through trees that make it challenging. Water and some tight greens make it even more challenging. The drive between holes make it peaceful to regroup your possible poor performance from the past hole. Great course especially for the money. The service is great. First tee off time and they made us fresh coffee and brought it to us on the tee box. Pizza / beer and simulators are awesome.
Try it
It’s a great course not far from the twin cities. Rates are affordable. Front 9 is nice and open. Back in be is worded and tight. If it’s empty you can play quickly but it gets backed up on weekends. Course is always in great shape.
Inside my top 5
This course has been improving every year. I now find this a course where I have no second thoughts about bringing in all levels of players knowing they will not only enjoy the layout and conditions, but the challenges it also has. After golf you’ll find some of the best bar food you can eat. Darrell Anderson

Good greens nice golks
They have a always had great greens and then the staff is incredible thank you Mike and the staff, course is great the food was incredible pizza the best,

Great greens
Course conditions were great. Pace was good. Golfers jumping around at random got in the way a couple times. They should address this. No ranger.

Unexpected gem
Course conditions fantastic except bunkers, which were rock hard. Challenging and beautiful layout. Very peaceful & lots of wildlife, quiet except for proximity to I35. Green to tee is long in places - cart is recommended.

So much potential
Have played Bulrush several times over the past year and it is always in great shape, the layout can be confusing for 1st timers because of the "adapted" clubhouse location, But they do need a course ranger on the weekends to poke the 15 minute a hole groups along.
