The Ponds Golf Club - Blue Golf Course

Played 9 holes Monday can't wait to ho back and and try the other nines . Even won $200 .00 on pull tabs. Great day!

THE COURSE WAS FUN AND CHALLENGING GREAT STAFF AND AND A GREAT TIME!

The fairways are very bumpy and it’s tough to drive a cart and not have your beverage spilling in the cup holder. One green had a full divot taken out, and was right in my line, of course. There were garbages overflowing because they apparently can’t even, at a minimum, collect the garbages at the tee boxes. Won’t be going back, but for a $20 tee time, you really do get what you pay for.

Great time cold drinks good food and friendly staff!

The course is what it is but when we are done we like to get lunch and a beer. Last year we played there and they didn’t have any foods so we didn’t go back and then this year we played there and we’re not gonna go back cause they don’t have any food girl that works there could make a sandwich or something I don’t know I’ll she does is complain about the wages for cooks well every golf course in dealing with the same problems so they want they need to have a amenities if they’re gonna keep their customers

I'm trying to play all the Garrett Gil designed golf courses in Minnesota... just for fun and because I enjoy his work.

I enjoyed the Red and White nines a lot. While the tee boxes need repair I heard they are going to be rebuilt. Not sure why this character "Par 6" has it in for the pro shop. He's not influencing any of us with his constant whining... "you reap what you sow". Change your attitude and people might treat you better.

Course conditions were not as good as in the past. Tee boxes were muddy. I don’t know if they got recent rain that we didn’t get 15 miles south, or if they just overwater. Four of the white tees only had one marker....and all they are is a painted rock. Greens were freshly fertilized with granular. Bunkers were hit and miss. Some were maintained while others were not.

Kudos to the Course Superintendent and his staff for keeping The Ponds in good condition throughout this summer's record setting (2021) HEAT and DROUGHT. I've been impressed.

Also nice to see some of the more heavily used Tee Boxes being expanded in size (at last). This should be a nice improvement once they are established.

If you are 2-some and only one wants to ride ... the other will be required to pay for a cart regardless. 2-somes either ride together or walk together. New Rules

No drinks on the course and brat, hotdogs or pulled pork for lunch when I mentioned the lack of food and drinks on the course the workers response was very rude and condescending .
