Strathmore Golf Club

A friend suggested that I try this course. It was a 40 minute drive from my home but more than worth it. I golf in a men's league and could only wish that our course was in the condition Strathmore is. I will definitely golf there again and the prices are excellent. I will strongly recommend this course

Good course, nice greens (especially the island green) fairly tough, great weather

The course is in really nice shape this year green and plush. The pace of play is perfect. Only waited on a few t boxes. But outher than that it was great. The course marshals keep things going and are very friendly as well as all the golfers on the course. I play here at least once a week and my wife and I really enjoy the course and people. The greens are the best in Alberta as they advertise. We will be back.

Greens had recently been aerated so a little bumpy. Could not finish all 18 as our 3:50pm tee time was delayed by 40 minutes due to early morning frost.

The course is great the speed of play can be brutal . The Marshalls don't do anything but drive past and say hi. They are super nice but really need to pay more attention..... Yesterday group of ladies were 2 holes behind made us wait for every shot. Courtesy would've been to let us play through but NOPE sad part was they were members we were told.

For the Price and the condition of this course it incredible value love will do it again soon

It is a great deal on this season. Beautiful course and good condition of fairways. Excellent staffs!

I first played here in late June & will continue here.

We played during a "hot deal" tee time, when we arrived we were joined up with 2 nice young members. The group in front of us did not start out with the best pace of play. We decided we needed to pass the group in front of us as there were several open holes in front of them and we did so after the 2nd hole. After passing them we played the front 9 very quickly and caught up to a 2some on hole 10, after this we then had to wait on every hole as there was a 5some in front of the 2some and we had to wait approximately 30mins on 3 different holes as there was no marshal doing his job on the back nine. After the 3rd wait on the back nine we left after hole 15 as there was 4 groups including our on the 16th hole. This was too much so we went in to see the pro shop staff. Needless to say we, Voiced our opinion of the Pro shop staff on the pace of play and they did not care and did not offer to rectify the issue. I have worked in the golf industry myself and this in professional approach they gave us will probably prevent us from coming back.

Good challenging course with a good mix water and trap hazards. The greens are fast and in great shape. Traps could use more sand.

Unbeknownst to me, there was a tournament on Friday. The pace of play was affected.

Hats off to the grounds crew for another excellent job

Enjoyable layout. Good test of golf. Great value and friendly staff.
