This course was in really good shape for an early season round
One of our favourite courses - in good shape for Spring golf. New on cart GPS and scoring system was an added bonus. We will for sure be back many times this season!

Very good course for the price paid through golf now
Second round
Had a great time second round out. Course is coming together its early in the year but well worth it.
Fun course to play
Front nine is more challenging than the back.
Greens are currently running slow, they will speed as the weather improves. Hole 2 is a very difficult putt.
Fairly forgiving course as it is pretty wide open.
Wait on more month
Great layout it was a little early in the year. greens still a little slow.

Very good deal for a nice course
Paid $35. Usually a bit overpriced for an out of city course. Easy choice to play here for the deal we got. In very good shape with a few leaves starting to fall. Excellent course if you can play for $60 or less.

great value
received a great discount from golf now so decided to drive the extra 1/2 hour from calgary. the course was in good condition and the greens as well. if you are afraid of water than this is not your course. the layout will not bore you and it is relatively flat and would be an easy walk.
SSCOURSE HAS A VARIETY OF HOLES
DIFFERENT TEE LOCATIONS MAKE IT A GOOD COURSE FOR LONG BALL AND SHORT BALL HITTERS. tHERE IS A LOT OF WATER AND SOME FORCED CARRIES, BUT THE GENEROUS FAIRWAYS MAKE UP FOR IT. FAST GREENS. FRIENDLY STAFF.

I had a good time on a challenging course. Not the best I've played there, but the company was good and it's always nice to get out. The weather was excellent.
Red Neck happiness
The course is great shape, greens are fast. Too many short par 4. , under 400 yards. Still a tough course, I recommend this course if you are in the neighbourhood.

Pleasant day at the golf course, great weather exelent conditions, course in great shape.

My Regular Stop
I've played here many many times as it is the closest to home. The course this year got an early start and has been benefiting from it ever since. Conditions on the greens are something you would normally see in June or July, the fairways are almost 100%, minus 2 notorious problem holes, but by no means does it affect play.
The biggest asset of this course is its greens, if you like fast hard greens this is the place.
Would recommend this course to anyone.

Considering the time of year I have no complaints. The course was in great condition, pace was good, and the weather even better. Will be going back.
Best Value for Golf in the Calgary Area
I had a great morning round at Strathmore Golf Club. My green fee was $17 plus tax for 18 holes walking. A great deal. It really seems that SGC knows how to use Golf now to fill the empty tee times. This course is very walkable(although a few longer walks between holes). The greens were in great shape. Some holes are a little easier but there are quite a few where par is a great score. Even I drive from NW calgary (50min) at the great deals offered it is worth it. Will continue to be one of my go to courses.
