Lush fairways carve through the sand that was once the riverbed of the North Thompson giving way to dunes that transform into vast waste areas and challenging bunkers. The Dunes is proud of being tournament ready every day, with each fairway leading to a meticulously groomed green. Love this course!!
I've golfed this course a couple of times in the past and always find it a challange with the rolling dunes. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and it's a very peaceful setting. The course is always in great shape!

Beautiful golf course
I always enjoy playing the Dunes in Kamloops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love to walk when I golf and the Dunes offers a very pleasant walk. I like that it provides a different golf experience than the other courses in the area.

I’m confused
I’m confused my brother and I played there last week. course is in very good condition unfortunately the layout is very poor ,no signage if it wasn’t for the help of the course Marshal we would’ve been lost .pace of play was very slow .the fact that the course has not a tree on it makes it very hot.

Different than our usual golf play
This course is called "Dunes" for a good reason, it has a lot of them but is fun to play and people are quite friendly. Pro shop staff were not as bubbly as previously but COVID could have been part of the problem. Would definitely go back again.

Nicely laid out. Good practice area. Breakfast in the restaurant was well worth going early. Nice challenging greens.

pace pdf play
it would seem that the marshall was aware of a group of four that were so slow for one reason or another, there was no one ahead of them for three or four holes, they spent time talking on the green after finishing the hole or talk and drink together in the middle of the fairway after everyone had shot, this behaviour was so inconsiderate, and on going that its hard to believe that the marshall was doing his job
