Terrible customer service!
Booked our round through GN as per the The Dunes website for online booking. Arrived 30 mins. early and we were rudely greeted by the gentleman in the Proshop. I had booked 2 times as we were initially planning to play as 2 threesomes. I had called the proshop earlier to let the golf course know that 2 people were unable to play due to illness. The gentleman in the proshop proceeded to charge us the full rate of $72 dollars for two of our group. No explanation as to why. He was extremely argumentative and arrogant. Thankfully the woman also working, took over the situation and made the adjustments with no hassle. This woman rescued the situation. Needless to say we had to rush to make our tee time on the first tee. We were all stressed out and we all played horribly for the first 9 holes of our round. We had picked The Dunes as our day was in celebration of a 60th birthday celebration. Not a good way to start. I suggest the General Manager needs to assess his frontline people as some are NOT good at customer service duties.

Great day of golf
The course was in great conditions , enjoyed our round. The only draw back of the day was it was extremely hot and there is no drink cart.

Just like playing a good links course in Scotland or Ireland
Beautiful course, great price on HOT DEALS, Many challenges with the slopes and terrain. Love the challenges, you have to play this course a few times for sure to know where to hit and the approach shots are always key. Great greens also

Too bad
Everything was good about the course and play
The lady who checked us in was very baligurant and combative when it came to finding us a cart. Made us want to tell her “ shut the f up”
No cart girl on the course on a very hot day
