The Dunes at Kamloops is truly nature’s golf course. Lush fairways carve through the sand that was once the riverbed of the North Thompson giving way to dunes that transform into vast waste areas and challenging bunkers. The Dunes is proud of being tournament ready every day, with each fairway leading to a meticulously groomed green. The Dunes
Links course offering many challenging holes. Not a lot of trees but those that are there are well placed forcing you to hit your target. Wind can play havoc on club selection. Staff and restaurant 5 stars. Some greens still have minor winter damage hence the 4 stars.

Great Managment During Vivid.
Joined The Dunes in the spring of 2020, bad year to start with covid and all. Did not play but 1 round. Went to talk to the management in spring, of 2021 and explained what had happened. They were wonderful, and offered to carry over my membership for the year., again with covid and the fires we had in the Kamloops area I did not get a chance to play., but want to thank The Dunes for the free golf balls and the opportunity to play this fine local course. Will most surely join The Dunes again.

I don't live in Kamloops but I come there a few times a year and I wouldn't think to come there and not play the Dunes. It's always a geat round.

Challenging layout for any level of player. Greens are always very good, maintenance is excellent.

Not good
Slow pace, rude marshall again. Second time the marshall has been out of line. Different marshalls each time.

Great course, Welcoming staff
Check in at the Pro shop and we were greeted by a very Proffesional Attendant that confirmed our tee time and informed us of all the amenities available at The Dunes. We had a Great breakfast at the Restaurant, made use of the first rate practice facilities and enjoyed a very challanging and entertaining 18 holes of golf. The course was in Great shape and back dropped by Beautiful Kamloops scenery. We will be back!
