About
Arrowsmith Golf & Country Club is an executive layout that was designed for year-round play. The layout features smooth greens that are large and undulating, with an average of at least three tiers and rolling fairways that are lined with trees. Between the towering trees, golfers can catch scenic glimpses of Mount Arrowsmith and Echo Valley. A majority of the holes are par 3s but there are two par 5s and three par 4s mixed in. The signature hole is the par-3 12th, which starts off from an elevated tee that is perched 40 feet above the green. Although the golf course provides a good challenge, it can still be finished within three hours. In addition to offering a beautifully manicured course, Arrowsmith also boasts a grass driving range, a practice bunkers, and two putting greens.

Always fun
18 holes in 2.5 hrs (only 2 of us) with a casual pace. Always a fun course to play for any level of golf. Thank you to the Jiggins family for the first class business they continue to run. Only concern, and not the first time with the experience with this staff member in the shop, the person was efficient in their job but not welcoming/warm for someone in the service industry. Greens were not cut for the Sunday morning round but wasn’t a big deal, still in good condition.

had a great day had a 7:37 tee time got there early they let me tee off right at 7am so i played by myself really
nice and relaxing only thing i got done early and i was gonna eat but they dont open 10:30 i got done before it got too hot

2nd time there and enjoyed it just as much as the 1st time

Hidden Gem
My wife and I love this course and the people who work there who have become like family over the 10+ years we have been playing there. It is a 45 minute drive from our home and worth it. In a regular season we attend just about every event they run (ladies nights, couples nights, tournaments, etc). Our only negative comment is they are not close enough to us for us to join as members! I would highly recommend this course and the food at Micky J's has never disappointed.
The staff are so friendly and helpful
2 people in our party were late and we missed our tee time. The staff told us not to worry and to check back when they arrived and they would figure something out. Once the rest of our party arrived, they were able to fit us in and we had a great afternoon of golf.

Perfect Day
Great day for a golf game, weather was perfect, course in great shape and pace of play was good, for a busy day.
Stopped in at the 19th hole for refreshments and dinner after the round and as usual, service and food was awesome.
Just a side note, all of the staff, on course, pro shop and restaurant are very friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I really enjoy golfing this golf course for the beauty and the amount of difficulty and accuracy it demands from a golfer! We travel all the way from Port Alberni just to golf this golf course and are members. Friendly staff and good service in the restaurant! Can't ask for any better than this!

I've enjoyed playing this course for the last 2 months .I find the staff quite friendly around here. The course is right sized for my game.
Fun course, slow play
Although the course is a lot of fun and the food is great, their lack of a course marshal allows for excessively slow play. After speaking to the pro shop about our experience, they informed me that they have received this complaint numerous times.
