Predator Ridge Golf Resort - Predator

About
The Predator course is set on rolling, open valley land in most spots and has tall fescue grass and dunes lining most fairways, which are usually narrow and have bunkers and fescue grass defending them. The greens are also very sloping, often featuring multiple tiers and slopes, making putting and approach shots very challenging. The par 71 course has four sets of tees and plays 7,090 yards from the championship tees.

Paired with hackers
We enjoy this course and treat ourselves to it once or twice year as it is a bit pricey although we are members at another local course. We do understand you play your own game although it is hard to shoot well and enjoy yourself when you are paired with people that truly aren't golfers. Although they were friendly we were paired with a group I'm pretty sure Buddy lost 20 balls. It is simply hard to play your own game when this is the case. So are golf experience for the day was okay but could have been much better
nice scenery
pace of play was good and then slowed considerably where waited on last 6 holes on tee box and on fairway
Well maintained course
This was the first time I played at Predator Ridge. The course was scenic and beautifully maintained. The layout was a little unconventional but interesting. Some of the staff were excellent yet others needed a little more training. To much advertising and too many messages on the golf cart made me just tune it out and use my own electronic devices.
pace of play
pace of play very poor but practice facility excellent.
Fantastic views
Love this course. Great to have fun on for long hitters. Staff couldn’t be more friendly.
Predator course
Windy day made it a tough day.
But way to many blind shots.
Greens were sanded and slow.
Nice,,,,But
Great shape, finishing holes a bit strange, greens were good but too slow.
Good well maintained course
Most mountain courses are enjoyable to play because of the variety of holes and scenery, but not something you would want to play on a regular basis. Predator Ridge would be a great daily play.
unsurpassed Golf Excellence
Predator Ridge Golf course is an outstanding facility! it is a must for all golfers as it is the St. Andrews of Canada. practice facilities and staff make this course a bucket list must! this must be what heaven is like.
Expected more
For the $235 they charge for green fees I thought they’d go the extra mile. They didn’t clean our clubs at the end of the round or even take them off the cart to load into car for us even though it says it’s all part of the experience.
There was also some idiot in a group before us who was smoking cigarettes and dropping butts all over including on greens and tee boxes. I know the course isn’t at fault for this but that is still ridiculous especially with fire bans in the area
